I was looking for a chevy Malibu and when I went to Big City I dealt with Nick. When I showed up he had the car ready for me and I took it for a test drive and it was perfect. The price was as advertised and this was my best experience ever. I met the manager Chad who was very nice and pleasant to work with. Big City Cars exceeded my expectations.

I came in tofay to look at a few suvs i found in thecarea and i was greeted by Serrena and shewas amazing. No pressure showed me what i was looking for a Durango. She showed me the one off cars.com i drove it and loved it. I had financing already arranged with my bank. Greg her manager asked me a few questions and said he was confident he could get a better rate. He did! almost 2% less. Big City Cars Are The Best!

What a great price and a great experience. I was greet by the Manager Greg who was so helpful. He had me work with Adrian who is just as nice. My test drive I took about 2 hours and fell in love with this Sierra . I ended up using financing from Big City cars and there rate was better than my bank. And the finance guy Joe was so knowledgeable. He was so polite and answered all my questions. This is not a 5 star dealership it's a 10 STAR DEALERSHIP! Buy Local

Not good! Asked about the availability of an Equinox, and was told it wasn't ready and would not be ready for a week. Then they sent me a text 3 days later and told.me the vehicle was ready but had sold. xxx!!

I bought a 2018 Buick Encore from them in the spring. It came with a warranty. I was told hey if you bring your car here we will take care of your deductible. We'll I owned the car a month and the engine light came on, I took it in and at first it was the cat then it was sensors that I had to was a few mo the for which eveytime I called I was told we are still waiting or some get me off the phone answer. They got a new service manager in the shop. Now if I take it there I have to pay the deductible and as of 10-25-24 my engine light is still on, the a/c that broke requires an additional $250 on top of the deductible amount for a special test. My car has been in about six times and it is still broke and I don't drive it unless I have to. It was a waste of money and time DON'T GO THERE. They make promises they don't keep and barely fix a problem but not completely. If you go there get all promises in writing

Friendly staff. Good deals on vehicles. Flexible with your schedule. Could show more flexibility with closing the deal.
