Brought my mustang in for 5,000 mile service.

Brought my mustang in for 5,000 mile service. Car ran beautiful no problems. They did the oil change, now the car is leaking oil from the drain plug and apparently filter as well, and the oil pressure is 100 when it’s suppose to be 40. Before I brought the car in none of these problems existed and the car is still there and they have no idea apparently on how to fix it. Absolutely terrible, they broke a brand new vehicle and are trying to avoid that fact. Myself and everyone I know will never be bringing a vehicle here again. Absolutely disgusted with this place

Much better than Gengras Ford in Plainville!

Much better than Gengras Ford in Plainville! My experience was terrible when I purchased an aftermarket extended warrenty called Cost Guard from them at twice the price of Ford’s extended bumper to bumper warrenty maxed out to the limit (100K or 80K miles… and the Cost Guard didn’t cover anything at all. And Vengras Ford kept sayingTrust me, I’m the expert here. I canceled Cost Guard, bought the Ford package and told Gengras I wouldnt send my worst enemy to them. Expert my A **!

My 2020 truck has all the guarantees and they did not

My 2020 truck has all the guarantees and they did not give it the proper service and I have the same problem with the speakers, it can only be heard on one side.

Brought my '19 F150 KR in for the freezing door lock TSB

Brought my '19 F150 KR in for the freezing door lock TSB and leaking heater hoses. Dropped it off on Monday afternoon for Tuesday appointment. Was supposed to have an Explorer for a loaner but was given an Escape instead. Car was filthy and out of gas. End of day Tuesday, no communication. All day Wednesday and still no phone call. Finally, I call at 4 pm Wednesday and the phone just rings and rings. Finally service advisor picks up and says he was just going to call me.. Sure you were!! He proceeds to tell me they did nothing with the door locks because 2 techs called out Tuesday and the parts were ordered today (Wednesday) to be installed on Thursday. As for my heater hoses, one week prior during a frigid cold snap, I came outside after remote starting my truck to find a puddle of coolant on my driveway. I found 3 separate leaks at the plastic quick connections Ford uses. I took photos of the leaks and then wrapped them in silicone tape. So when the truck was dropped off I showed my advisor photos of the leaks. Later on he proceeded to tell me the technician saw coolant residue on the frame but couldn’t see any leaks! Well no xxxx, I wrapped the connections to stop the leaks! I wanted them replaced under my extended warranty but since the truck was in the heated shop they stopped leaking and they wouldn't honor them. Really? I showed you photos of the leaks. Ever think that maybe extreme cold compromises the plastic? They said next time they start leaking again bring the truck in and they would replace them under my extended warranty. So now I have to drive around on compromised hoses waiting for them to leak again. In the end, these jokers had my truck for 4 full days and it's no better than when it went in.
