    Last spring I brought my Hyundai Elantra in for brake pads and 4 new tires. I was told that my brakes rotors needed turning so I agreed to it. Within... two weeks one of the new rear tires literally exploded while driving. This was at highway speeds on I-271 and was not due to aggressive maneuvering or racing. When I took it back to the dealership I was told that it was my fault and not covered with any warranty because I could only show them the remains of the portion of the tire on the rim and not the whole tire. That philosophy is ridiculous! How is one to show the majority of a tire that had exploded. I asked them since AAA had towed me there was the drivers opinion sufficient evidence since the Service department agent did not believe me. The answer was NO. So I payed for a new tire because the dealership denied an investigation into the matter. Now 8 months later I have brake issues again. Conclusion avoid this dealer for service if you can.

    I liked that Xavier Daniels located at the bedford, oh office was very nice and friendly. He was also helpful with the questions that i had. I was satisfied... with his service.

    Just got the new Genesis G70. Great car, I loved it as soon as I saw it. Chuck understood what I needed and recommended proper cars and deals. Chuck and... Bob were very helpful, and the process was smooth and stress-free.

    Biggest cahn people out there. I never write reviews good or bad these people suck. I had a preapproved letter to purchase a vehicle and I specifically... told them not to run my credit and they said they would not so they go ahead and run it anyway knocking my score down exactly 48 points w various banks all to get themselves more money while acting like they were going to save me money. The finance man there is a smooth talking lying crook. Now this stays on my credit report for 2 years as hard inquiries. Not to mention after 500 Mi 9f buying my transfer case and differential case went in the vehicle THANK GOD I BOUGHT THE EXTENDED WARRANTY 7 K LATER...I would not do biz w these people know more and advise you too to as well. Btw, they move there staff around probably for reasons like this so don't buy off them or any other biz they own in selling cars do your homework. I see they have 2 stars they had 2 stars back in 2017 so obviously the same thieves working there.

    Worst dealership ever. Once they get the sale, they don’t care. I signed up for gap insurance with the full understanding I would be cancelling it when... I refinanced my car. Once it was time to get the the plan canceled and refund issued however it was nothing but problems. The finance department would not answer their phones and their voicemail was full. I finally got through to them by leaving multiple messages with sales staff for finance to call me and eventually someone called me back . They told me they never had anyone cancel their gap insurance and had no idea how to do it. I had to follow up with the insurance company who made clear the dealer needed to sign the form and provide a copy of the deal contract to cancel it. I had never received a contract for the gap insurance, so I had to go back to the dealer. Called the dealership for three more days and could not get anyone in finance to answer the phone Or call me back. Finally had to drive to the dealership where I got to deal with one of the rudest finance managers I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. To top everything off, when I looked at the contract for my Gap insurance I found they were nice enough to illegally sign my name to the contract for me! I wonder how many other contracts they have illegally signed a customers name to without the customers knowledge. Do yourself a favor and buy your car elsewhere. This dealership is not to be trusted!
