RJ was very friendly, didn’t rush us and offered several

RJ was very friendly, didn’t rush us and offered several vehicles to test drive. Was concerned about my upcoming back surgery and my ability to enter and exit various vehicles. It was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had with a car dealership.

RJ was responsive and initiated the call in reference to

RJ was responsive and initiated the call in reference to trading in my 2020 Gladiator. We were in the market for a New Wagoneer/Grand Cherokee/Durango as our 2014 Durango was out of warranty and although a GREAT car, we were looking to trade up. We had not driven a Wagoneer and other dealers said due to a recall we couldn't. Ray was responsive, allowed me to test drive a Wagoneer, and appraised our Durango. We did not have finance information, however we were preapproved by Chase and knew we could get financing once we decided on which car would suite our needs and budget. I am a long time Jeep customer (1987) and even though the Wagoneer doesn't always receive favorable write ups I have come to rely on CDJR products as this is Jeep #6 and I have other CDJR also. Andrew Thomas gave the information needed for the First Responder Discount (28 years Fire Captain/Paramedic) Diane assisted with the financial portion (quick and Easy). This is the second Criswell purchase (2020 Gladiator Rubicon) and I hope to return in the future for additional purchases. ***Vehicle was purchased for CDJR Dealer

I want to thank Mike Boyce and Chad Ewan. They were great to work with and did whatever necessary to get me in the vehicle I wanted. I would highly recommend. Looked at a vehicle on Saturday and was driving away in it on Tuesday.

If I could negative star I would.

If I could negative star I would. STAY CLEAR OF HERE. Service advisor told us purge pump was covered but could not get parts because GM had parts on a shipping freeze. The next day he calls and says he misspoke and that it is not covered under warranty but the part could be received the follow week. Bait and switch tactics at its finest. When we came to pickup vehicle wife stated she was there to pick her piece of shi* vehicle. Andrew stated which ones. Sounds like this dealership has many!!! Asked to speak to general manager of criswell after speaking with GM themselves and never received a call from him. Overall horrible experience and would never recommend purchasing or servicing a vehicle from Criswell.

I have purchased a 2024 Colorado this year have 17 k on

I have purchased a 2024 Colorado this year have 17 k on it.from day 1 of this new vehicle I've had a passenger side door rattle. It's been in the dealership 4 times going back in December for the 5. If they can't figure it out I'm trading it it in or other options. Paid a lot of money for this truck. It's a nuisance to listen your door rattling all the time. RG

I wish I could give less than one star, but that’s not an

I wish I could give less than one star, but that’s not an option. My partner and I just had the worst experience at this dealership. We walked in the door ready to purchase a 2026 Chevy Traverse RS but were so put off by terrible customer service. With this being our fifth new car purchase, we were confident in our decision and just needed a dealer to finalize the details. Being provoked by the sales manager when we were unwilling to sign paperwork without actual pricing information was completely unnecessary and extremely unprofessional. We will not be returning and will be encouraging our friends and family to stay away from this dealership as well.

Made my purchase very easy.

Made my purchase very easy. I never felt hurried and my salesman (Ray Johns) was very patient and accommodating.. Ray was excellent in every way. He went above and beyond what I expected. There was a large selection of trucks to choose from as well.
