I wish I could give less than one star, but that’s not an option. My partner and I just had the worst experience at this dealership. We walked in the door ready to purchase a 2026 Chevy Traverse RS but were so put off by terrible customer service. With this being our fifth new car purchase, we were confident in our decision and just needed a dealer to finalize the details. Being provoked by the sales manager when we were unwilling to sign paperwork without actual pricing information was completely unnecessary and extremely unprofessional. We will not be returning and will be encouraging our friends and family to stay away from this dealership as well.

Made my purchase very easy. I never felt hurried and my salesman (Ray Johns) was very patient and accommodating.. Ray was excellent in every way. He went above and beyond what I expected. There was a large selection of trucks to choose from as well.

Have purchased numerous cars from Criswell over the years. Went in looking for 1 car, walked out with 2. RJ was very accommodating, never forced anything. After test driving multiple vehicles, my wife and I walked away with new cars for each of us.

Recently purchased 2 cars from RJ and has a great experience!! He was very knowledgeable of the cars we purchased, patient with us as we test drive 5 vehicles, and checked on us during the entire process. He stayed late to make sure we had everything we needed before leaving. He was not pushy or salesy at all! We will buy from him again in the future!!

Our Salesman, Darren Meyers was absolutely awesome! He answered all our questions and made the deal we needed! The whole team at Criswell was very helpful including the Finance and Service departments! The Sales manager was awesome as well and got the price to where we needed. The vehicle is fantastic! The truck was very clean and the service department got the extra work needed done ahead of schedule! We picked the truck up and are very pleased with it. Again, the whole team at Criswell was super to us!
