Criswell Chevrolet of Thurmont

I found a used Chevy Volt on the Criswell Chevrolet website and initiated an inquiry on a Sunday night. Within a couple of hours I received a text from Mike Chuckerel to introduce himself with a promise to check on availability the next morning. This was during the Seahawks/Patriots game mind you. Talk about dedication! Mike did call me the next day as promised and we arranged to meet for a test drive. Mike was a joy to work with. He is very professional, courteous and personable. He answered every question, delivered on every promise, and worked hard to address every concern immediately. No pressure, no games, just a straight shooter all the way. I drove away with a great used vehicle at a fair as-advertised price and thoroughly enjoyed the buying experience thanks to Mike and this best in class dealership.

I found the 1500, RWD on the chevy website at Criswell. I found the truck on the lot and did a quick walkaround. When I came in the door, the manager directed me to Kwame. Kwame is very easy to talk to and asked pertinent questions to understand my needs. I did the test drive and was satisfied. The price for the 1500 had been discounted and we took advantage of the incentives. The second day, I brought my wife in to give her opinion of the truck after a test drive. She purposely rode in the back seat and was very comfortable. With her thumbs up, we proceeded to close the deal. Kwame went so far as to take off the box from my F-150 and have it installed on the new truck while we were doing the paperwork. Because finance was booked up and to expedite us to finish the sale, he arranged for us to go across the street to Criswell Dodge and the Finance Manager (Rick Baker) took care of us. I highly recommend Kwame and would come back to him for our future needs.

This is the second new vehicle I have purchased here. Both times I had wonderful experiences. Kwame was extremely helpful every step of the way. Never felt pressured to get something I didn't need or want. He is very knowledgeable and customer service skills are top notch. I've worked in the customer service industry and it's very rare to find someone who truly puts the customer first. Excellent job!!!!

I called ahead of time to make sure the vehicle I wanted was there and spoke with Kwame.
