Amazing and professional
When I arrived on the criswell lot and started looking I wasn't sure I was ready to buy or even wanted to at that point. When I met John and started looking at a few choices I didnt feel like I was wasting his time. After about an hour I was ready to test drive. He was never pushy or just trying to get a sale. He was patient, friendly, and funny. My family and I spent most of our Saturday there and thanks to John and the wonderful staff at Criswell Chevy I went home with my new Cruze. He helped me find a car I absolutely love. I will recommend anyone looking for a great car and an amazing experience to go to Criswell.

Fantastic customer service!
I first started going to Criswell for service on my Chevy purchased at another dealer. I was impressed by the level of customer service by the Service shop and vowed to make my next purchase with Criswell. The opportunity came faster than I thought as we bought a new camper and needed a 3500HD to pull it! I called late on a Friday night and got John Spicer who set up a test drive that next day! We found a different truck that was in transit and they tracked it for us and was even going to go get it so we could take delivery of the new camper! They even rushed the detail so Erick in Service could put on my illuminated bowtie my husband got me as a birthday surprise! The staff at Criswell really went above and beyond to make this purchase happen and to make sure we were happy and we are! We look forward to future dealings with Criswell and the staff.

Fantastic! I could not be more pleased with my Tahoe!
First off let me say I live in Delaware. Knowing I wanted a Tahoe with which options, I searched my local dealers only to find them loaded with options I did not want, much less need. I went to the internet searching for one that was ordered as I wanted. This is how I found Criswell Chevrolet in Thurmont which I had never heard of the dealership or the town. I called and spoke to Clayton Kennedy Saturday afternoon. They were closing shortly, closed Sunday but open on Memorial Day. So, Monday morning we made the trip to find Clay and my vehicle awaiting our arrival. The dealership was easy to spot with a beautiful HUGE American flag flying. Clay was awesome to work with. He took a lot of time to explain all the new stuff to me since my last new vehicle was 22 years ago, a 1997 Chevy pickup, before the tech world came to trucks. I was given the opportunity to ask all questions I had and get complete answers and explanations. A+++! The dealership itself is amazing. It is cleaner than some doctor's offices I have been to. Even the bathroom was spotless. Their inventory looked well stocked and of course they had what I wanted. I wish the dealership was closer to me so I could be returning for service. However, I will keep them in mind for future purchases when hubby wants to replace his 08 Jeep. I would highly recommend Criswell and Clayton Kennedy to everyone. My experience was the best I have ever had at any dealership. Financing was handled by Andy Russo who was knowledgeable and helpful. That part was also a breeze. You will not be disappointed if you come to Criswell for your next purchase.
