    My wife and I live in Wyoming and called ahaead to check inventory. We arrived the next day and dealt with Ryan Armstrong. He was an amazing salesman... and made my wife and I feel like we mattered. He got us the car we wanted with everything that my wife hoped to have included. The team answered questions and made sure we had what we wanted. We had pre approved financing from our local bank and the finance department found a better interest rate and saved us even more money. We got a phenomenal deal and the entire staff made us feel like we mattered. I cannot recommend this dealer highly enough and I would work with Ryan Armstrong again in a heartbeat.

    Bought a new discovery sport from Land Rover with 2 small door dings that they offered to remove for me upon purchase. Not only did he help me set up InTouch... for my car's remote programs, he went well beyond and made sure that both my window tinting and dent removal were scheduled when they failed to call for the first week. He called and asked if that had been scheduled. Taking care of the customer not only for his job but going beyond that and making this an easy and fun experience is why I give Yenas 5 stars. The dealer gets 1 less because they should have called to schedule my appointment, good thing Yenas took care of it.

    I can't speak highly enough of my experience at Land Rover Denver. I sent an internet query about leasing a new car as I'd decided to jump ship from the... MBUSA hamster wheel. Clay called me within ten minutes and went over some options with me, we spent several days emailing back and forth to discuss builds and options, and he picked out the perfect car for me- one I would have never picked for myself. The day before I was scheduled to come in and sign the papers, I had a last minute question and sent Clay an email; he was at the vet with a sick dog, and still managed to reply promptly and with the required info... talk about service. Leasing the car was a breeze and couldn't have gone any smoother. We were in an out with a new car in less than two hours, a SPRINT compared to other dealers i've worked with. Overall, I can't say enough good things about this dealership, and Clay in particular, and would recommend anyone looking for a car to work with him. I've leased dozens of luxury cars and have never had an easier and more pleasant experience than this one. I would have to strongly disagree with some of the negative reviews when I say run, don't walk, to Land Rover Denver. I have no doubt in my mind that anyone would be in great hands with Clay- we were having such a nice chat during the test drive I forgot to get out of the car at the end! 10/10 across the board; not a single complaint, only the highest praise from a very picky customer.

    Let me start by saying, the employees here act as if their previous experience consists solely of flipping burgers at McDonalds, and being subpar at that.... I was in communication with Carlos about a vehicle I wanted to purchase. I was approved for my loan and ready to come sign the papers when Carlos says to me," Don't worry about coming in tonight, just come in Monday and we will get the deal done." I asked if he needed a down payment or anything to give me first chance at the vehicle. I come in Monday to find out Carlos has quit his job at the Dealership and the other xxxxty salesmen I had dealt with was there and had the AUDACITY TO SELL THE VEHICLE OUT FROM UNDER ME. These two idiots are the dumbest car salesmen I have ever met and I wouldn't buy a car at this dealership if it saved me from death!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Shopping for a Range Rover Evoque. I found several listed by Land Rover Denver on Cars.com. I sent an interest/availability email via the posted link.... It took several days to get a response from a salesman. After asking several questions about a specific Evoque via direct email, the salesman disappeared. 10 days went by before he finally got back to me with the build sheets (for info) and by then, 2 of the 3 Evoques that were listed, were sold. The other Evoque that I was interested and ready to purchase, I was told my offer wasn't acceptable (a few weeks later the price was dropped and it sold). I found another new listing and emailed the customer service rep... no response. After a few days, I chose a different salesman from the list and started all over. The new salesman also disappeared. I had worked out overnight payment (cashier's check for listed price) and only needed a purchase order and shipping info (I'm out of state). I had to choose a third salesman from the list on Cars.com because the 2nd salesman disappeared also. Finally, after a week the 2nd salesman got back to me saying that out of state buyers are required to finance with the dealership (I assume because of the "kick back" to make up some of their loss) or pay cash. I reiterated that I had a cashier's check ready to be overnighted from my credit union and got no response. After another week of no response, I considered calling and talking with a sales manager or general manager but the vehicle had been sold and was no longer available. The ironic thing is: they actually discounted it several times of the course of about 3-4 weeks and lost about $3000 from the list price at the time I first inquired. Poor/no communication, no customer service attitude and what appears to be some shady business dealings with a willing cash buyer. Why list on Cars.com for a nationwide buying audience if you won't sell?

    Purchased 2015 Range Rover LWB got home and found hidden damage under rear corner bumper and damage to front bumper. Causing blind spot system to error... and fail.     They can do paperwork properly to ensure you get an accurate interest rate. 757 credit score doesn't equal a 15% interest rate. Not military friend and... won't work with USAA.
