Brought a vehicle from this dealership in late January

Brought a vehicle from this dealership in late January but paperwork hasn't complete for 4 months, 2 of my temporary plates expired and my paperwork hasn't complete. Staff even pretended to leave the dealership to avoid the follow up, they were lack of knowledge and not paying attention to details when they submit paperwork. Just don't come buy cars from here, it will make your life happier

Booked an appointment quickly with Land Rover Denver.

Booked an appointment quickly with Land Rover Denver. Jesika and the staff made us feel very welcomed. Jesika explained the process very well and was able to get us a loaner vehicle while our Defender was in the shop. The vehicle diagnostics and video from the techs were a great addition. Your team took care of warranty work and additional services needed in a trustworthy manner. Appreciated information on future services, so we can plan for those needs. Felt like I was using my local trustworthy mechanic. Will be taking all future services to this location and when the time comes to purchase another Land Rover. Thank you!

First time buying a Land Rover and the service

First time buying a Land Rover and the service was Incredible. Pedro Guiterriez took such great of my wife and I, from finding the defender we were looking for, the test drive and the whole sale process. One of the best vehicle buying experiences I have had! Rob in financing also was great to work with. We look forward to enjoying our vehicle and have the confidence that any questions or concerns we have will be quickly addressed! Thanks again!

Yeah I'm not completely satisfied after reviewing the

Yeah I'm not completely satisfied after reviewing the inspection video it was stated that the break pads were good and nothing about rear parking brakes motors. Once I agreed to have the sensors done I was then hit with "more problems" and questions around "who did my brakes" seems like since Land Rover didn't do the break work they was able to hit me with more fees and and cost over $3800. It was very disappointing to have paid to have a sensor light removed only to have another light to be turned on then to have all that scanned into the system so if I ever decide to trade the car in, I will be forced to do those repairs. I had my breaks rechecked and everything was fine... so through this experience I probably won't get any more work done through Land Rover $616.72 for an oil change and sensor replacement only to find out I need $3800 worth of work is not a great feeling. I would hope in the future detail inspections are done so unexpected fees aren't thrown at customers. Once I communicated these concerns to the service advisor, I received no response and no follow up.

Nick Nichols and Wes Kohler as well as Ryan Griep were

Nick Nichols and Wes Kohler as well as Ryan Griep were extremely helpful. I can be a bit "high maintenance" as this was a major purchase for me. They all were extremely pleasant, graceful, and knowledgeable with all my questions and concerns.
