Found the car i wanted here on Cars.com and sent a message to the dealer. Received a call from John to set up a test drive. Went in that day test drove... a 2014 Hyundai Sonata and drove off the lot and hour later with my new car. I too purchased the coat protection and was told someone would contact me to set up an appointment. Got a call two days later and was set up for an appointment that same week. Even gave me a car to drive while they work on my car. It was one of the best experiences I've had purchasing a car.
I purchased a new car at this dealership less than a month ago and I also purchased the coating to protect the paint. I was told the day I bought the car... that someone would be contacting me within a couple days to set up an appointment to have the coating applied to my car. Almost a month after purchasing my car I have yet to receive a call about the coating. I called the dealership on Saturday and asked them about it and was told I would receive a call on Monday with an appointment date. Monday came and went with no phone call as did Tuesday, Wednesday, etc... I called again and asked to speak to the service manager (who apparently was not in) and left a detailed message and I have yet to hear back from him. I am beginning to think they are trying to cheat me out of my money and not provide me with the product I paid for.
