Not happy had appointment with a oil change, tire rotation and recall appointment was for 10 am and get a call at 9:05 to say don't have the parts for... the recall. I told them to make sure could do both when I scheduled and that is why I was scheduled so far out. Have to drive almost 25 miles to come would have been easier to have done local and would not have waited that long. Was told 1 hour job and waited 2 hours and 15 minutes, I am sure I won't be back for just a oil change.
