    I searched for several months for a specific used car that had all of the options I wanted. I found it at Zimbrick Nissan. I worked with Travis over the phone since I live in Kentucky. He answered every question and sent me all the additional information and pictures I asked for. 4 days later I flew up there and in less than two hours I was driving my car home. I highly recommend this dealership and Travis to anybody looking for a great deal on a used car and an overall positive experience.

    I have been taking my 2014 Nissan Altima to Zimbrick Nissan for all service over the last three years. Ross Schewe, my service advisor, has been great to work with. He accommodates my schedule, is easy to talk to on the phone and responds to e-mails, and explains the work and the charges clearly. I have owned a number of makes of cars over the years and Ross is undoubtedly the best service advisor I have ever worked with. Also, the service itself has been fast and fairly priced. My car always comes back cleaner than when I brought it in, the free wifi works well when I choose to wait there, and the dealership building is clean and modern. All in all, couldn't ask for more!

    Service department absolutely sucks. They told me there was nothing wrong with my car and that all Altimas make a grinding sound when they start. However I know they don't because I had another Altima for 7 yrs before this one. My car is currently at another dealership under dispute with Nissan after they finally admitted there is a problem. They opened up the engine and replaced the timing chains at @Boucher Nissan of Waukesha over a week ago and they still can't figure out what is causing it .... more to come.... but I'll never take a car to Zimbrick again.

    This was a great buying experience. This is our first Nissan product and we couldn't be happier with the vehicle. Jamey helped us find the specific car we were looking for. They even pulled out two different models of vehicles so we could do a side by side compare as we were torn between the Nissan Rogue and the Nissan Murano. I know that Jamey was very busy the second day we walked in and he was more than willing to accommodate us. They gave us a great deal on our trade and that helped us make the ultimate decision to buy a car from them.

    Having purchased four new cars from Zimbrick over the last 30 years (two Hondas, an Acura and an Infiniti), I had an expectation of excellence, and I was not disappointed. Joe Meinholz, while busy with other customers and phone calls, took the time to explain the vehicle in which I was interested (which he had ready when I arrived), allowed me to take it for a test drive, and discussed it upon return, all with no pressure. He also followed up promptly on my questions via email. The purchase decision is still pending.

    I just came back from the dealer Zimbrick Nissan Eastside and very dissatisfied with the mistreatment by the 2 sales representatives who questioned my intention to purchase a 2015 Lexus IS250 and obviously didn't think I had the funds to buy it. This has been the 3rd time this week that I've been there so of course I was very serious about purchasing the vehicle. The first night, I didn't get to test drive it because i forgot my wallet with my license so I rode in the car with my wife and 2 children. The second night I went back again and they were already closed so tonight I was ready to purchase it but they refused to let me test drive the vehicle by myself without a sales rep in the car with me. They also scolded me that my family could not ride in the car with me this time and before they would even let me test drive it, they only wanted to talk "numbers" first. Granted, it was 30 mins before closing and storming heavily, I understand perhaps they were in a rush to close and head home but they certainly lost a sale from me by the way they treated me. I would not have been there in the storm with my family waiting outside if I was not serious about purchasing the vehicle. The 2 sales rep went in circles about allowing me to even test drive it as if I was going to steal the vehicle. I was ready to buy it and told them numerous times! I just wanted to test drive it alone. We as buyers have rights too and should be allowed to test drive a vehicle without a sales rep breathing down our neck or pressuring us for a sale. What kind of sales rep states that we should fill out paperwork to see if I'm even qualified first? I had a bank pre-approval and cash in hand, just wanted to test drive it first but I will never ever step foot back into into that lot again because their discrimination.
