I was searching for a used pickup truck and saw one they had online. I contacted the dealership through the online contact and received a call back almost... immediately. Sales rep was very nice, willing to set up a time to look at the vehicle, etc. I ultimately ended up going with another vehicle elsewhere but they had great customer service.

We had brought our Silverado in for a check engine light and the Assistant Service Manager, Jeff Boyd, went out of his way to help us with the warranty... and repairs. We will gladly work with Mr. Boyd in the future! He took our concern very seriously and made sure we were satisfied with the results. I would definitely recommend him.
I bought a new 2017 LaCrosse in May, 2018. Serra didn't have one so I bought it elsewhere. I was told at the time of my purchase I could take it to any... Buick dealer for service. As the weather turned cold I realized my heated seats did not work. On Dec. 17 I took my car to Serra for an 8:30 appointment that Buick's "800 help" set up. I spoke with a gentlemen, I believe his name was Charles Townsend, and he agreed the heated seats did not work and said they could fix them. I asked about a loaner, which was supposed to be set up by the "800 help" person. Charles said he didn't know anything about a loaner and that he didn't have one available. He said he would call me when he had one, probably by Wednesday, so I left with my car. I never heard back from him. After the holidays, on Jan. 4th, I called and left a message. I never heard anything back. Buick's "800 help" called me on the 7th and I told them what was going on. They called me back on the 10th, 15th and 18th and said no-one would call them back either. I took the car to another dealer. At this point, I would never do business with this dealership and I would never buy another Buick.

Had a vibration in my 2015 Corvette brought it to the dealer, discussed the problem with Service Manager who provided excellent information. At that time... discussed previous issues where I brought the same car in and was not happy with the service. She directed me to Charles who I explained in detail my two issues (vibration in transmission) which was determined to be the transmission fluid foam and was fixed. Second was a back fire between first and second gear when accelerating from a STOP. I asked that the tech check this as well. When I returned to pick up my car for the second time for this issue I was told by Charles that the tech said the problem was corrected when they fixed the transmission...I again questioned him asking again how does fixing a transmission fix a backfire problem? He again stated oh yea its fixed, I disagreed and not soon after I left the dealer I tested the car and of course it still backfired. Twice to the same dealer for the same issue and twice they failed to provide an answer. On the first occasion which was also explained in detail the tech took the car on the highway and said there was no problem...not what I asked them to do. Second time I don't know since I was not able to speak with the tech even though I asked prior to arriving to pick up my car...I just don't understand or do the service writers think we are all idiots and think the transmission can fix a backfire.
Well I went in for an oil change and my headlight was out. So I asked the lady can you please change my lightbulb as long as it will be under $21. She... said yes. All of a sudden I get the bill and it was $70 more than the bill of the oil change. Left a voice mail with the manager and never received a call back

The purchase process went very well and the sales part was better than average. They were fast, efficient, if not extremely professional. I appreciated... not being there for 4 hours.
