Had electrical with my 2016 GMC Denali HD. Had have it towed to the dealership. Greg McNeil, Service Manager took excellent care of my problem and kep
t me well informed. Repairs were done within the day with no issues.
After a getting a Cars.com e-mail alert about a 2003 Chevrolet Trailblazer EXT with only 84,000 miles (just the vehicle I was looking for), I contacte
d Serra Chevrolet and was immediately responded over e-mail by Breanne. Over the next 2 days, we e-mailed back and forth and Mark eventually took over the sale. The dealer is in Tennessee. I live in Michigan. But I was buying it for my son who attends college in Nashville. Everyone I dealt with as exceptional. And my son LOVES the vehicle. I a, extremely pleased and would recommend Serra to anyone. Thanks!
This dealership was very patient with me when I came in for my first potential used car purchase. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to purc
hase their first vehicle.
Salesman Fred Ewing was very helpful in executing my trade & purchase deal. I was able to trade my 2014 Silverado in for a fair price and purchase a n
ew 2017 Silverado LTZ Crew Cab for a good price. This is my second truck purchased from Serra Chevrolet and I am very satisfied. I really like my new truck and my passengers appreciate the extra leg room in the back seat, much nicer with the crew cab. Thanks again to Fred!
We were treated great, everyone was very friendly, we felt no pressure, and the deal we made was fair to both parties. Kudos to Ken Hayes who was o
ur salesperson. I had been in a few days prior, called him back with a question, and was glad to work with him on our purchase on Saturday. A real pro and a genuinely nice guy! We found some body damage to the vehicle (a common issue I was told that will require paint on the front fascia) upon our final inspection. They were very responsive in getting it set to repair, and a call from the Body Shop Director first thing Monday morning to me allayed any fears I had of an improper repair on a brand new car. I'm sure it will be worth the wait (about a week), and I look forward to bringing my new car home in pristine condition. So far, so good with my first experience at Serra Chevrolet... other than having attended a few Nashville Corvette Car club meetings there that they graciously host.
Good people to work with. Smooth transaction and and friendly bunch of folks. Car was staged ready to meet me when I arrived and condition of the c
ar made it a value purchase.
Where do I begin? To say I am unsatisfied with my experience with Serra - Madison would be the understatement of the century. Firstly, I called the se
rvice shop around 9 in the morning to ask about making an appointment to have an oil change and tire rotation completed on my car. I was told appointments were never made for this type of service and walk-ins are the only way to go. Ok. I arrive at the dealership around 9:30 a.m. and proceed with having my car checked in. All goes smoothly and I proceed to the waiting area. FIVE HOURS LATER I am getting my car back. Are you kidding me? Firstly, a wait time for this type of servicing is RIDICULOUS. Secondly, why was I not informed of the wait time when I checked my car in? Communication at Serra - Madison is lacking to say the least, as is the customer service, whom, by the way, didn't even attempt to aknowledge the fact that I waited 5 hours, nor did they attempt to correct my displeasure with the situation. --It felt eerily similar to the way my car's recall was handled just 3 weeks prior. I arrived on Friday with the understanding I would be able to wait the few hours while the recall was fixed. Nope. They instead needed to keep until Monday. Thus leaving me without a car all weekend and no way to get from my home to school, etc. Only the courtesy van to get me home (the one and only thing Serra - Madison did right) Bad service, terrible time management, less than mediocre customer service, and atrocious communication between Serra Madison employees, as well as, between Serra - Madison representatives and customers are the only things which can be expected from Serra - Madison on a consistent basis. I will not be back for services of any kind, which is a terrible thing to say considering I bought the car from this location and that experience wasn't bad. However, the service since purchase far overshadows this and therefore squanders my desire to return and ever give them another dime.
My recall and transmission services were completed, but I am experiencing problems with my cruise control and they were not able to figure out what wa
s wrong with it nor were able to fix the problem. Bummer! I'm not really sure if I would return to Serra for additional service on my car.
We bought a total of 5 veichles. Chad Yates in the Fleet department was great to work with.
This is my second purchase of a new Chevrolet from Serra Chevrolet in two years and both times the buying experience was a pleasure. I would strongly
recommend Serra Chevrolet and especially our salesman Fred Ewing.
