The dealership is very clean and bright. The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Drew made this purchase easier than buying a cake. I highly recommend this location and Drew!!

The service department was horrible. They did not provide updates in a timely manner. Always saying we will check the status but never updates.

Everyone was friendly. Our salesman was patient and helpful. The finance person was great, very knowledgeable and informative.

It was different from any other experience I've had purchasing a vehicle. It was somewhat efficient in the sales part of it. However, I left my insurance tracker in the OBD plug ( after 4 hours of being at the dealership, I forgot about it) and now I've called the business office 4 times. Apparently my trade in is still on site, but no one can call me back and tell me where the tracker is so I can pick it up! It has been 2 and a half weeks now. The first time I called was the day after I made the purchase.

I found the staff at CarMax in Newark, DE, to be professional and knowledgeable, especially James P. James, who was patient and thorough, and guided me effortlessly through the process. Although the process took a few hours, it ran flawlessly. Thank you, CarMax! I would highly recommend you to everyone!

They guy we had was nice. It was a good buying experience at first. We've had the car less than two weeks and the AC doesn't work. My sister called them today and hours later she is still waiting to hear from them. I think they should fix it for free because we bought a car assuming everything was in working order and weren't told otherwise.
