What a great experience!
What a great experience!! Tom and arthur were great people to deal with. Knowledgeable and all around great customer service. They absolutely went above and beyond to make me happy!! And they made me dinner. The chili was amazing!! Thank you for making this a great experience. I bought 2 cars there & i plan in bringing my daughter there for another. Two thumbs up!!!

Bought an H3T Hummer Alpha from Chicago cars.
Bought an H3T Hummer Alpha from Chicago cars. Shortly after. Transmission went out followed by a head gasket blown. Ohhhh. Forgot. Had to replace Fuse Block. Anyone who is thinking of purchasing a vehicle from Chicago Cars US, run. Run fast. They smell like “We mask anything we can“ to sell a vehicle. $11,000 later it’s repaired. Now waiting for the next issue to drop??? Plus cannot get the XM radio to work. Wires all hacked behind unit. Seems it had a nice unit prior and someone swapped. Hmmmm. Found the book in glove box. Nice. Will have to replace that as well. Very disappointing there are Car Dealers like this out there that sell vehicles being misrepresented. Warning to anyone who is looking at vehicles here. Suggestion. Run or get a second opinion from a reputable service garage before buying anything from them. Not a Dealer who can be trusted. Period. Like the movie. “Run Forest Run”

quite impressed with staff and facilities. great experience all around. staff was accommodating and courteous. i wanted to wait and drive it for some time before i gave an honest review. i have been driving it 4 about a month now with no issues. great deal and fine vehicles. i love my sea-frost green jaguar! even got a free wash/detail 2 boot. i would one hundred percent recommend chicago cars us to anyone looking for a used/exotic vehicle. thank u. b well...

Nice sales team
Although I didn’t end up purchasing a car from them, my experience with Albert was top notch. I found him to be a honest consummate professional that came in on his day off to help mr daughter test drive it. So I didn’t get experience the sales aspect of the dealer but all else was enjoyable.

Horrible Manager stay away from this Dealership
Let me start by saying know one enjoys buying a car, especially me. The experience at this place was the worst I have ever experienced. My husband called 3 days ahead of time and set a test drive apt with Ody (she was absolutely wonderful) when we arrived for our scheduled drive appointment we were greeted by Ody and she got everything ready for the test drive. They did not get the car ready for her. it was stacked behind 3 other cars on a very small and run down car lot. It didn't look like the pictures or the description that they had placed in the add. We still took it for a drive and discovered there was a lot wrong with the car. one major item was the AC/heat would not turn on at all. It was an old car with lots of miles on it and we knew that going in. When we returned with the car and explained to Ody it was not what we expected and we were going to keep looking, she was fine with that and asked if she could give us her card, we said sure. When she came back out with her card a man came with her. The man introduced himself as Artur, the manager and then immediately went after us in a very aggressive loud voice. He wanted to know why we didn't like the car. When I explained it had more things wrong with it than we expected and it wasn't what we wanted, he got even more insulting, aggressive and loud. He preceded to treat me like a stupid female and my husband like a moron. He kept telling us its hot out and thats why the ac wasn't cold. My husband tried to explain that it didn't work at all and needed to be fixed. The manager started getting aggressive again with the car and us. He even used the reference that if we were in a restaurant and ordered a steak if it came on a nice plate we would be ok with it but if he threw it at us in a newspaper we wouldn't like it. At this point I was done being verbally lashed, and felt to be an inferior woman who didn't know anything. When we said we are done and didn't need to take this from him. His last words were: "If we have never owned a BMW, then we didn't know are head from a whole in the ground and didn't need to be looking at purchasing one because we wouldn't know what to do with it! and we would be better off with a corolla! I thanked Ody and expressed that i felt sorry she had to work for this man. As we turned to leave Artur then tried to shoulder my husband as we left the car lot. His bulling mentally was startling to us. Stay away from this horrible man and this place. Just FYI we went to another dealership 2 hours later and purchased our very first BMW convertible from very nice car dealership with a sales person and manager who were not mean, abusive and aggressive.

Unprofessional shady dealership, stay clear!
Test drove a SUV, it was ok even with the bald tires. I was given a quote for the advertised price plus the hefty prep and handling fees, Ok understand. Albert was to speak with the owner and contact me on any adjustments. Lo and behold, they claimed the advertised price was a mistake and that price went up another $3000, they wouldn’t honor the advertised and quoted price. Claimed the owner's kid didn’t price the car correctly. Wow, the old bait and switch?
