Worst Dealership ever

This was my first car from this dealership. Long story short my 2022 has been in this dealership shop since February and it’s July for a check engine light. The customer service is non existent. No one will help me when I call or stop by all I get is the run around. I filled a complaint with Hyundai in hopes they will help me. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone.

Impeccable service even if you’re out of state!

Thank you Stephen, Braiden and Josh for making the purchase of my dream car come true!!! The process was seamless and you each went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service! I never thought about buying a car from West Virginia since I live in the Auto Capital but you are my new go to spot!!!

Lied to me

Came in for service. Tried to charge me almost 700.00 for back rotors and brakes on my 2017 Tahoe. So I went around front and was going to see about trading. Sticker was 71,000. Had an eight thousand dollar bump sticker to 80,000. I asked if he would honor my family GMS discount. They said they would do it, but said only if I had a trade in. Which is a lie. I?ve bought many outright. Then they said they couldn?t give me anything for my trade. Offered me 38k, offered me 45k a few weeks before. They are a bunch of crooks. Had to order my own brakes and rotors to install myself.

Dutch Miller Repair Shop

So disappointed in the repair job from Dutch Miller Chevrolet. The car I was driving on 10/01/2019 was rear ended and I asked the insurance company to send it to your company even though they wanted me to take it somewhere else. I waited almost 45 days later to get it to the garage, garage kept it 22 days, (no contact from your garage at all-I am forced to contact you) picked it up and was so upset that the fender clips could be seen as well as the trunk would not open/close properly. Complain, and your garage takes it back in. Manager, shows me great response and keeps me informed. I pick it up after work 2 days later, however, I think its fixed as the trunk opens/closes; but upon close inspection in the daylight. I clearly see that it is not. Now I can see fender clips on both sides of the car and although the trunk opens/closes it has gaps in it so when it rains, I will have water in my trunk. I am so very disappointed in the repair job. I will save my money, and take it to a real repair center to be fixed. I realize you won't be posting this response and that is okay I have attempted to avoid giving your repair shop bad publicity and not doing this survey, but you insist on sending to me over and over. So there is the ugly truth. I am very disappointed.
