5th Gear Motorz

Was able to get in and out without a run around. Got exactly what we wanted and even worked with us on a unique financial situation. Nick was wonderful and completed the process swiftly and was clear about everything. Had an answer for every question. Will return for future business.

The vehicle I purchased indeed seems good, salesperson had very good vehicle history, sales staff very friendly, vehicle drove and looked very good but didn't deserve the very high rating the dealer gave it. Later found out interior had a sloppy paint job on the dash, color matched but no feathering of material before paint applied, looks like a quick job which I plan to get redone. Later found out a repair in leather upholstery was just glued, need to get that recovered. Purchased ASC 2 year warranty and later found out this only covers major repair such as transmission failure and only up to $3,000. Cancelled warranty and finally got pro-rated refund applied to auto loan but this took several weeks, had to mail letter to ASC and then get refund paid to 5th Gear sent to bank to be applied to laon, 5th Gear said they weren't familiar with process. The vehicle was just what I was looking for, but I'd say take a chance and don't purchase on first visit, get it independently checked instead of buying any warranty. I purchased on first visit because another customer was interested in same vehicle and I had not seen others like this one. So, would recommend dealer with these cautions.

All staff was ready to help when we were ready. It was nice to not feel overwhelmed by pushy sales personal. Got a nice car with low mileage perfect body condition and drives like it's brand new. But the best part of my experience was the goodbye hug I got from Ronnie Cash. Thanks 5th Gear Motorz for an enjoyable car buying experience. I would recommend them to anyone.

My experience at 5th Gear Motors was the best first time buyer experience. I was not pushed to buy a car that I did not want. The car salesman worked with me to where I felt comfortable with my payments. I would recommend 5th Gear Motors to any first time buyer.

I came with no car and am leaving with one! The sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful. Did not wait very long to get approved. They handled everything to make it as easy as possible for the customer. I will definitely come back when I decide to look for another used car.

Coming into 5th gear motorz I was extremely skeptical, especially since I had just bought a used car that broke down almost instantly. By the time i left my confidence in buying used cars was re-established! The staff here was extremely friendly and were focused more on getting me what i wanted than selling any cars. They asked the right questions and learned about my situation, and wants to find a perfect fit for me. Richard and Nick were on my side during the whole process and were very informative on the pros and cons of every vehicle. Very up front and honest people, its almost like buying a car from a friend. Amazing experience I would suggest anyone in the market for a cheaper car to at the very least, stop by and talk to one of the staff members!

I feel I got a pretty good deal. Lot isn't laid out very nice, but the cars are okay. Would consider again
