    was in Andy Mohr Kia last week and purchased a used mustang. .. had lost all respect for Mohr for a bad experience on his Ford lot in Plainfield IN... so was not really wanting to deal with Mohr anymore , but really liked car so gave it another try.. and let me tell you totally changed my mind again ...awesome sales person ...awesome facility. ..awesome finance person.. over all a perfect experience. . will diffantly go back to see Kathy she took really good care of me ... and let me add this is our 5th care bought from Andy Mohr and was our best experience ever. .m Thank u again Andy Mohr Kia (Kathy)...

    Andy Mohr Kia sold me a used car yesterday and picked up today. He took the car in to get the oil changed and they told him there was oil in the radiator fluid. Which means a blown head gasket. I took back the car today (within the same day)and Gary Craft at Andy Mohr Kia stayed there is nothing they could do. Please do not shop at any Andy Mohr car stores.

    What you bought was a 1997 Toyota Corolla with 180K miles that you came to your best friend that is a sale consultant here looking for a $1000 car and that he told you was going to the auction and would ask management if they would sell it to you because that was all you had. We said we would with the understanding it was a wholesale and not a retail car and we would not be able to guarantee ANYTHING about the car and the only way we would sell it was AS IS. You signed a form with big letters AS IS when you still went ahead after all that and bought it. Where is the confusion?? We where crystal clear during this whole process and this is why we don't offer these cars to the general public

    Was there with cash on hand to purchase a car I had my eye on. The salesman did not seem to care if he sold a car or not. No negotiation what so ever. Needless to say we left. Really want the car but we wont return.

    Sorry you feel that way Crystal but you probably came in on one of our very aggressively priced internet specials. We put our best price out there but like you where told we would not let a hundred or two stop the deal. When you price on the internet for people to shop 24/7/365 you have to put your best price out there otherwise you won't sell anything. That is what attracted you to the vehicle you came in on knowing it was the best car and price in over 100 miles. Thank you for the opportunity and sorry we could not get together. Good luck in your automotive future.
