I actually don't dread buying a car like a lot of folks, but I was still blown away by the service I received at Fayetteville Acura. My sales person, Tamia, and the manager, Alterric, went above and beyond to make my experience a super positive one. I arrived from an overnight visit at the hospital so I was looking pretty ragged. They arranged for the car I wanted to test drive to be brought back to the lot (it was a loaner). Tamia, who's a single mom, juggled childcare and bent over backwards to make sure I could do what I needed to do. She was also incredibly knowledgeable about the SUV I drove. I went on a crazy busy Saturday and all of the sales folks were hopping, but I felt like Alterric knew what everybody was doing at all times. It was a well run ship. When I'm ready to buy again, I'll go there first.

Disappointed!!
Had appointment to see a particular car. Car was not ready and they didn’t find it. They pulled up another car which was not same equipment. Then they pulled up a car that was not same color. I still drove it and they gave me a price. There price was $4000 above the true car average sales price. Needless to say I didn’t make a purchase there.

I have had the greatest experience as an older female purchasing a car from Fayetteville Acura. I cannot believe how great from start to finish dealing with this dealership has been. Would highly recommend to any female to give them a chance. No gimmicks and no games, everything was as it should be.
