Lansing Subaru is better than the other dealer I used in Michigan. They fixed a problem with window in 1 hour compared to the other which couldn't... after taking 8 hours in two visits. I highly recommend Lansing Subaru.

Sales Person Will Petersen was very patient with my wife and I as we had looked at several vehicles at other dealerships and we were back about three times.... Will was accommodating to our questions and responsive. We did test rides on the Ascent and the Outback. I had driven several competitive vehicles and gotten my decision down to either the Honda Pilot or the Ascent Premium.

We recently purchased the Forester with the Eyesight package. The whole experience was very professional and efficient. We took our first real trip with... it and it performed as we expected, especially when another vehicle cut us off. We did online homework first, and found pricing was neutral, and we did not get any kind of run around from sales staff about price, and no surprise fees.
