    Personnel friendly and courteous. They come to waiting room to explain what was found and what needs to be done. They wash car before leaving service... area.

    We recently purchased the Forester with the Eyesight package. The whole experience was very professional and efficient. We took our first real trip with... it and it performed as we expected, especially when another vehicle cut us off. Very comfortable, good handling, good acceleration, smooth ride, and great gas mileage. Could not be more pleased at this point.

    We did online homework first, and found pricing was neutral, and we did not get any kind of run around from sales staff about price, and no surprise fees.

    Pulled into the garage. Was greeted by Mr. John Walker. He checked car status on the computer I waited in the very pleasant waiting area and everything... was completed in about half the estimated time.

    I did not check buying process, because the windshield was under warranty. It was an extended warranty because of a flaw in the windshield. I appreciated... the fact that when I took the car in they were very helpful, and ordered the new windshield. The service was great, they gave me a ride home while the car was being repair. I am just glad my husband kept all the mail we received regarding our car, if not, we might have had to pay for a new windshield, if we didn't have proof. Sometimes you get lucky. This is a great dealership, and the are very helpful and professional.
