I bought my Pathfinder from Bob???s a little under a year ago. My salesman Jud was extremely helpful and the company is as reputable as you can get. A... day after I bought the car the check engine light came on and I ended up needing a new timing chain. They fixed it immediately and didn???t put it against the warranty they offered. Since then, they have done repair work for me at a very fair price, and have given exemplary service every time I???ve spoken or had work done with them. I???m a local and I???d recommend this car lot over any other in town. They have all you need, price, quality, and service!

When I was looking for a car the guys at Bobs Auto Center were more than happy to help. I went through Thomas when I was looking for my car because he... was a friend of the family. It was a struggle to get a car with my credit not being very high with having student loans. Thomas worked with me day in and day out until I got to walk out with a vehicle I wanted. A couple weeks later my girlfriend was looking for a car and this time Judson Wood was on the scene. He helped us get her into the car she really wanted. At first she didn???t have any credit so we were looking for cars in the lower price range but Judson had to of made over one hundred phone calls until the banks finally budged and gave her the higher priced vehicle she really wanted. Judson worked for weeks until everything came together. Now she is so happy! The hospitality at Bobs Auto Center is unlike anything I have ever experienced with a car dealership! You should definitely check them out! Ask for Thomas or Judson when you go! You won???t be disappointed!

I purchase a used 2013 Chevrolet Duramax standard bed pickup truck on May 5, 2018. The price was fair for a diesel truck and the truck had about 150,000... miles. After two months of driving the truck in town and on highways--no heavy towing--the transmission started going into a disable mode. This can be cleared by shifting to neutral or turning the engine off. However, the disable mode continues to occur frequently. I contacted Bob's Auto Center of Wilmington to inform them of the problem and let give them an opportunity to remedy the problem. They recommended taking the truck to a local transmission shop, Pro-Bilt of Wilmington. The person I talked with even suggested that Bob's Auto of Wilmington may help defray the cost of any repair depending on the diagnosis of the cause. Pro-Bilt manager was took the truck in with no delay and scanned the system for diagnostic codes. There were three fault codes indicating an electrical solenoid fault. Pro-Built removed the transmission fluid pan to inspect the transmission valve body and check for any debris in the pan. The transmission was "pristine" indicating no mechanical or hard part failures. A Pressure Solenoid B was replaced and the internal filter replaced. Total cost for the repair was $433 ($106 for solenoid part, $30 for filter, and $270 labor). After picking up the truck I stopped by Bob/s Auto to explain the repair and express my dissatisfaction with having this problem within 90 days of purchasing the truck. I did not purchase an extended warranty, but expected any reputable business to at least offer something to defray the cost and keep the customer happy. I even suggested that most of the repair was more of a service to replace the filter, drain and refill the transmission fluid. This was to say maybe Bob's Auto would split the repair bill with the customer. They would have no part of this, saying that I had bought a used truck and these these failures are expected. No sh_t Sherlock, Bob's Auto doesn't sell new vehicles. Lesson learned is to always pay a shop to scan the vehicle for codes. It's very easy for a dealer to keep clearing the codes to get the vehicle off the lot, and after a few thousand miles of driving the transmission or engine will start throwing the fault codes. Bob's Auto decided that $200 was worth this negative review and the loss of any future business from me or my recommendation to purchase vehicle from Bob's Auto.
Fantastic service, told them what we wanted to spend and they made it happen. Left with the exact truck I wanted, payment I wanted, and not to mention... a 2 year warranty and 5 free oil changes. Calvin was a pleasure to work with.
My husband and I were looking for a used 4 wheel drive truck. We had visited many other dealerships. We went to Bobs Auto Center and so glad we did! We... went on a Saturday evening when they were closing. Judson Wood helped us look at trucks. He did not care that they were closed but listened to our wants and needs in a vehicle. All the trucks we looked at were in excellent condition and low miles. On Monday my husband closed the deal with Judson and Chuck the General Manager. The experience was nothing but professional. My husband and I highly recommend this dealership. They go above and beyond!
