We had purchased a new 2023 Acura MDX from Acura of Bedford Hills on Dec 26, 2022. It has been 1 month and we have not received the license plates. We have also not received the registration. The temp tag expires in 3 days. In NJ, for driving without license plates and without registration, the police can impound the car as well as impose heavy fines and points. I urge you to please resolve this matter urgently. Thank You
Mr. Kumas, Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the State of NJ for when we receive license plates for cars that have been purchased. If they are backed up or running slow then it takes a while to receive them. As stated to you, the plates will be here any day. We will call you once we receive them.
Overall good experience.
Overall good experience. First time buying from them. In the past always got my Acura from curry. The pick up experience was too long. Took several hours. Most of the deal was done remotely and that went smoothly. Gave me a hard time when I arrived and wanted to compare two cars. But otherwise good pricing, etc,

Worst Dealership
Not easy to deal with. Not honest at all. Repair a car and do not put genuine parts but do not tell you. Charge for Acura Parts. Ignore you if you want to resolve a complaint. Same issue with car a couple of weeks later but deny they have anything to do with it
This review is surprising to us. When you brought your car in for repairs, we told you there were two options. You could choose to repair it using aftermarket parts, which would get your car back to you the same day, or original equipment manufacturer parts, which would cause the repairs to take a few days. You borrowed a loaner vehicle to go to lunch and then decided to go with the aftermarket parts. After that, you signed a Repair Order which itemized the parts and repairs to be done, showing that you fully understood the repairs. We then carried out the repairs you requested on your car. We feel we were upfront and transparent with you about your repairs.
Terrible dealership!
Terrible dealership! Only care about collecting money for repairs. If there is a problem, try to blame customer. No return calls.

Terrible experience. Supposedly a brand new TLX, but the dash board is filled with multiple safety warnings.

I’m Willing to pay for in stock MDX 2022 MSRP sticker price plus tax and fees but the manager wants $10,000 on top of MSRP and his reason due to high demand and low supply. We end up buying from Stamford Acura on the same day.
Rey - the shortage of certain key components has caused unprecedented gaps in inventory that has caused fluctuations in the pricing of new and pre-owned vehicles, not just for Acura of Bedford Hills, but for every dealership in the country. We look forward to a time where our inventory level returns to normal and we’re able to continue to meet and exceed expectations.
