    Never had this good of a new car buying experience this local to me. My philosophy is to buy as far away as possible. That all changed with Meadowland of Carmel CJD. Nice location, huge selection, great people, and believe it or not, no games. Melvin B and Joe H made this buying experience unbeatable! I never thought I'd say this about any new car dealer but I'm looking forward to dealing with them again.

    I have purchased 2 new and 4 used from meadowland. They make the purchase process very easy, no back and forth run around, just straight forward and easy to deal with. Sales staff was very courteus and delivery of my last gm certified car was a pleasure to buy. I would highly recommend them.

    Needed a new car fast and wanted a Jeep. We walked in and we were greeted with a smile and introduced to David DeMarco. Within 10 minutes we bought a vehicle in the showroom! We let David know we wanted to keep it basic and gave him our price range. After running the numbers, we had a fully loaded, brand new, gorgeous Jeep Renegade (under what we wanted our monthly payment to be!). Went back the next day and within an hour the car was ours. All the paperwork was in perfect order and ready for signature. David even took the time to show us every feature the car had to offer. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family and we would certainly suggest that they ask for David DeMarco upon arrival!

    the worst ,, took them 2 days to change a glow plug and change oil,,, 80k service requires a fuel filter change and rotate tires,, though I requested this ,, they did not do it ,, AND ,, when I left I had no power ,, had to take it back AGAIN,,, they reset the engine computer,, said if it happens again I'll need a $700 MAF,,, mass air flow sensor,,, I took the air filter apart,, nothing but leaves and dirt ,cleaned it ,, and the MAF,, so far so good !!!

    Lairs, brought 2012 300srt8 with 72000 on it in December. Was told it belong to the service manager. Car was dirty. Engine filthy. When I start the car it was a rough start. I asked Vinny about it , he told me that the way it started up. Ok now 4 months later I turn on the a/c and hot air. Found it hard to believe since it belong to service manager but ok.     So, we bought one minivan in 2008 and leased a second more recently. Our experience with both of these cars has been excellent. Notwithstanding a few repairs (maybe as many as 5) that were covered by insurance (AC hose came off), I am absolutely delighted with both the cars and the service. Service at Meadowland is pretty darn good. The team there works hard, work fast and if you show courtesy often go out of their way to help. Today for example, they worked me in without an appointment and turned me around wicked fast...and with a smile....while multitasking the whole time. Sales guy we dealt with was really nice too. Didn't push us. Listened to what we needed in the new van and pointed us toward a mid level vs the higher end. Just right for us as it turns out. LOVE the Pacifica! Oh, I don't have the numbers, but I feel like the 100k mile coverage was not worth it. Not that we didn't have any issues, but that it never seemed to cover anything (so not really bumper to bumper). On service of foreign cars.... Separately, I brought an Audi A4 cab for service at Meadowland and had less luck with that. A window repair took 6 visits, was never fully or properly resolved and now the lock button doesn't work on that door. I didn't find out about the lock button for a long time and I decided to stop trying to fix the window as it was simply taking too much time. Bottom line: If you buy a Chrysler and service it there, you are going to be happy. At least mostly happy (unless you are a curmudgeon). With foreign cars, I would do a bit more research on how much they've dealt with your particular model.

    Vinny made buying my new wrangler effortless!! These guys really know all about the vehicles they're selling. They have a lot of vehicles on the lot so there is a lot of choice in picking your car! Better prices then any other dealership I've been to. I will always buy my Jeeps from Meadowlands!!!

    Steve Kaplan gave me the best car-buying experience I've had in the last 20years of leasing/buying cars. He knows everything there is to know about the product. I love the 2017 Jeep Wrangler and will stay loyal to the dealership as long as Steve is there. He is truly a man who loves his job and it shows in the relationship with his customers.
