I would like to take a moment, and commend the staff of this dealership. I purchased a used 2018 Infiniti Q 60 red sport all-wheel-drive from them. My salesman‘s name was Dan, he went above and beyond for me, even though I was buying the car sight unseen. When the car was delivered, there were a couple of small issues, that this dealership addressed immediately. Completely to my satisfaction. As someone who has been in the business in and out over the last 20 years, I find this commendable, the dealership will take care of a customer in this manner, for buying a used car off of them. Usually, especially in a dealership for the average cost of a car is over $75,000, used cars can kind of be a second thought. Not so with this dealership. I expressed my concerns to Dan, and to the dealer principal Rey, And his liaison Brad, had immediately gotten a hold of me. I spoke with Brad through emails, voicing my concerns, and they addressed every single one of them. I would definitely recommend, whether you’re shopping online, or in the area, to not overlook this dealership. Their entire staff that I dealt with, addressed every concern I had, and assured me, that any issues I had would be taken care of. A lot of businesses today, don’t really go above and beyond for people, due to the lack of staff, or whatever the reason may be, but it has been my experience, that not everywhere treats you the same. I was looking for a specific car, this dealership had one exactly like I wanted. Price negotiation even for this day and age, was excellent, when I asked Dan to go out and take pictures, and to FaceTime me, for the car, for any concerns I may have had, as well as it getting loaded onto the truck to be delivered to me, he was right there. Being that this is a used car, I can’t rate the dealership on sales the same way I would is if it were a new car, so I hope that this serves, As what would be a perfect 10, or a five star review. A huge thank you to everyone that I was involved with, for taking care of me in a timely manner, and I would Most definitely recommend this dealership, for your next Mercedes purchase, or even used car purchase, if they have what you’re looking for. What an incredibly smooth and fabulous experience it was in purchasing my MB C300 recently and all due to the professionalism of Victor Varga. Victor not only knows these beautiful cars from bumper to bumper, but he is beyond kind and personable. You instantly feel comfortable with Victor and confident in your purchase. I am the original owner of a pristine 1995 S320.

I am the original owner of a pristine 1995 S320. Although this amazing automobile only has 30,000 miles the lack of use has required me to address some service issues like oil leaks, suspension noises and other issues. I hadn't visited with Mercedes-Benz of Goldens Bridge in quite some time so I didn't have any contacts in the service dept. However, when I called to set up a service app't I was fortunate to reach Bill Thompson the Service Advisor who along with the experienced mechanic Dean assured me that they could resolve all the issues. They provided me a loner and I so my prized 1995 S320 was in their capable hands. These people were simply outstanding in every way. The bottom line is when I drove home with my freshly serviced S320 I felt like I was driving a brand new vehicle and for that, I have to thank Bill, Dean and Mercedes-Benz of Goldens Bridge. My next vehicle purchase (wife's car) will be with them. They have earned our business! Thank you guys!

My family and I have nothing but wonderful things to share about Mercedes Benz of Goldens Bridge. We were delighted to work with Victor Vargas on a purchase of a new lease. He was informative, helpful and supportive throughout the entire experience. Rey Baker, the general manager, was nothing less than a true gentleman throughout our time at the dealership, as well. During the current and ongoing pandemic, the dealership was well cleaned, as well as any vehicles we looked at or sat in. Rey and Victor were most helpful at alleviating any of our Covid concerns. We would also like to thank the service and detail team for the exquisite job they did preparing our new lease for pickup. Victor and Matt were friendly and responsive to my concerns and desires. They were transparent and fair. They seemed to be genuinely concerned that my expectations were met and that I was satisfied and comfortable with my purchase. Even on the day of delivery, when some complications arose they were patient and understanding. They also sought out additional information on pricing of upgrades and changes to my vehicle just because I asked even though it did not have as much bearing on closing the deal. I appreciate their hard work getting me a car that I had been seeking out for some time. I have a particular taste and I my requests are very precise and targeted.
