John Chipman did and excellent job on diagnosing the issue with my 2016 MB E350 4 Matic..! It was corrected and returned to me cleaned! Great Job...Excellent... staff. I have to also thank Bill, Alberto and Brianna from the Superb Service Department!
I have been using GB Mercedes for 10 years. Even though ownership recently changed hands, they kept the same excellent service team in place. Spenser... and Nick greet you with a smile and are genuinely happy to see you arrive and set you up with a loaner or a ride. I worked with Rob Pierro on my most recent purchase and he was great... informative without being pushy. John Chipman is always great to work with with. Bill Thompson has been my main "go to" Service Advisor... he consistently goes above and beyond! He ensures I am updated, explains everything to me, and is an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this dealership for purchase and service.
I was greeted promptly and pleasantly by Spence who is always friendly and helpful. I was promptly signed in to service my car by William who was very... efficient and nice. I was directed to a very nice gentleman who set me up with a loner car which I needed for 2 days and service was completed as quickly as possible by early the next morning. Service area could be more comfortable and updated but it is never crowded or noisy. Always a pleasant experience at this dealership.
Car had many technical issues Sales department was not addressing my issues I would not recommend GOLDENS Bridge Dealership to any consumer. I am filing... a complaint to Better Business Bureau
Ms. Frey, Your vehicle had 2 warrantable repairs completed, after which you chose to purchase another vehicle, against advice, leaving you with signif...icant negative equity. You then trade that vehicle in for a Honda, contact our dealer and ask for $10,000 in cash or you will write negative reviews about our dealer, which you have obviously completed. Mercedes Benz of Goldens Bridge did all we could to accommodate you at every turn. It is unfair and incredibly unethical to threaten our company into providing compensation for decisions you made of your own volition and against our advice.

Went in and they treated me well. Need to fix my front bumper after a collision. The process was smooth and they gave me a loaner.
I worked with this dealership (Walter and Jose) for two weeks to iron out a price for a used Mercedes E-class. My wife and I took an hour and 45 mins train... ride from Manhattan to Golden’s Bridge for a test drive, while connecting with Jose the night before and the morning of our trip. At the dealership, we are told that the car has been committed to someone else, despite us agreeing to a price and taking the trek out to the dealership for the test drive. I’m not entirely sure that this wasn’t a ploy to renegotiate the price we had agreed to, since we walked out shortly after they told us they were holding the car for someone else, and would reach out if that sale fell through. This dealership clearly didn’t respect our time and effort, and was happy to pull the rug out from under us, wasting all the time I spent researching and communicating with them over the course of this process. If you value your time and customer service, I would suggest heading elsewhere for your next car purchase.
I went to change a tire. Thei did not honor the insurance policy that Mercedes sold me. I had to pay in advance . I went to replace a broken moon roof... that practically exploded. It happened while driving on a highway with no cars arroud me and no overpass in view. They claimed it was broken from some exterior factor because the corners were bent, witch is not true. They again asked me to pay in advance. I went to replace the sunroof to another dealer.
