    Long after my warranty period was over, I continued bringing my car to be serviced at DCH. Very excellent care and always, a very comfortable experience. I usually wait while service is being dine, and this is one of the most pleasant waiting areas I've experienced. I highly recommend DCH!!!

    I was led to believe the car I wanted did exist, but when I accepted their price and said that I wanted the vehicle, it was no longer available. I was told to go elsewhere. What a waste of time. They had the nerve to treat me this way when I had previously purchased my last two new cars from them.

    I have always driven a Toyota, and so have all of my family members but today, Toyota has lost my business. I went in to lease a Toyota and got a decent deal on a car. Signed the papers and was told to come in the next day to pick it up. I arrived a little early, just as the salesman was about to walk across the street and bring my car around. He met me and said that he was just about to run across the street and get my car and that he was excited because this car is a "special edition car". When he bought the car around, he revealed that instead of a black leather interior, the car had black leather and bright blue fabric all throughout the car. It looked like it belonged to a teen driver and not a grown woman. When I told him this is not what I signed for, he threw his hands up in the air and said that he could not help me or do anything for me if I don't like it. As if this was my fault. We went inside and in their computer system it very clearly states that the interior of the car was blue. This salesman missed this very obvious fact and instead of apologizing and owning up to his error, he proceeded to blame ME. He continued to berate me very loudly, despite the fact that he was in error. This salesman was extremely aggressive from the get go and dealt with me very harshly, i noticed it and didn't care because I really wanted my Toyota. I asked how long it would take to get the car I wanted and he said he couldn't and that if he did order it, I would have to pay for its transport. I made it clear that I was not going to pay for his error. He made zero effort to own up to his mistake or tell me how he was going to fix or make it up to me. He should have cut the bull and just said hey, the car interior is blue, not some "special edition" crap. He tried to play me like a fool, but he lost his sale and his "$75 commission". I would not recommend going to this Toyota dealer because this salesman was clearly not trained on how to land a sale. He was rude, aggressive, and tried to increase the price by getting pitty and saying that he "has 4 kids". He made no effort to make me feel like I was a valued customer despite knowing how much I wanted a Toyota.

    I went this Saturday 05/27/17 at 10:00 am to find out about the new Sienna XLE. I was received by Virginia Bisconti who showed me all the vehicles available and the models and then I went with her for a ride. We drove to the Toyota Service place at Mamaroneck where she introduced me to the manager. On the way back she showed me many of the car main functions and was very detailed in her explanations. At the moment of discussing the net price (as I was selling my old Sienna as part of the deal) she was very kind and she and the manager where flexible in order to make a deal. I was gladly surprised to find out that the dealership had the car for same day delivery, so I went to the bank to get a check and some time later in the afternoon Inwas driving the new car. Needless to say, I'm also very thankful to the manager Rick who agreed to the trade even though I could not find the car title (I looked for it at home for 2 hours to no avail). I definitely recommend Ginnie and DCH Toyota City !

    Service center personnel have been the nicest bunch of people from the Greeter to the Cashier. They always make me feel welcomed and make sure that my Vehicle is serviced to the best it can be. They are not pushy about making add on sales unless I have asked about the item. Always a pleasure to deal with this location.

    I had a great experience buying my second car from this dealership. I was lucky enough to have the same Toyota Brand Specialist (Ginny Bisconti) help me find the car I wanted. Ginny was extremely knowledgeable and patient. She then introduced me to the Sales Manager (Rick Hall). Rick worked very hard to make me happy with the pricing options. It was, overall, a pleasant experience. I hope to return for my daughters and find the same team available.

    I went to buy a second car from this dealership. Thankfully the experienced Toyota Brand Specialist (Ginny Bisconti), I meet was still there. She is remarkably experienced and knowledgeable. She really worked with me to find the car that fit my family's needs. Once I found the car she introduced me to the Sales Manager (Rick Hall). He worked hard to get me a better deal and I left very satisfied that everything was done to make me happy. I have two daughters and I hope to find the same team to help.

    The tonneau cover on my 2016 Tacoma leaks to the point that the bed is unuseable. This is the second time I brought this to DCH Toyota City for repair. The first time I was told the service tech needed to talk to the service manager (Joe Modica) who had left for the day due to illness. I came back for the same item and was told that "the cover is weather resistant, not water proof" and therefore there was nothing that could be done. The leaking is so great that it basically renders the bed of the truck useless. I was offered NO SOLUTION whatsoever. When I asked to speak with the service manager I was told that "he is in the bathroom." I waited for at least 10 minutes and when he did not show after a second call I left. To his credit he called me and offered to give me $250 to purchase an aftermarket cover. Since a good cover costs as much as $800 and the truck is leased their "offer" is totally inadequate. I have purchased 15 vehicles from DCH Toyota City over the years. This kind of treatment of a loyal customer caused me to become a former customer.
