Worst Customer Service I've ever experienced
Went in to have a key fob on my older Jetta programmed. The unlock button pops the truck on the fob and on the interior of my door. There is no way to unlock my car except manually and my trunk keeps popping open. ok, mistakes happen. But when I called to get it in ASAP to be corrected, I was passed around to 7 people. They told me what I was describing couldn't be true. I got heated. I was hung up on. They couldn't find time to fix what they broke. Three times I was asked by three different men if I knew the difference between the unlock button and the trunk button. I was embarrassed. I spoke to the manager, Scott, who clearly doubted me or thought that I was just being a pain.. not worth his oh so valuable time. Their service today was so bad, it made me feel so bad, that I will let them have what I paid them to break my car and I am going elsewhere and repaying to have my fobs correctly programmed and then pay even more to have my door buttons fixed. Their service was so bad that I am not going to fight for correct service, I will go elsewhere and pay more, unjustly, so I don't have to feel the way they made me feel (old and not worth their time) today. That bad service. That's real bad service.
Terrible Sales Experience
I am extremely disappointed with my first, and only, sales experience at Mohegan Lake Audi and would NEVER recommend. In short, I called Mohegan Audi to inquire about a pre-owned Audi which was advertised on their website. I was directed to Anthony, the Sales Manager, who provided me with vehicle details and was than put in contact with Anthony Tezzi, Salesperson. After some discussion with Anthony Tezzi, I made an appointment to see and test drive the car. Since this vehicle was the make, model and year that I had been searching for and after hearing the vehicle details, I was prepared, with cash, to purchase the car upon visit and review. However, a few hours before our agreed upon meeting, Anthony Tezzi called to tell me that he had accepted a deposit from an out-of-town customer regardless of his commitment to me, and that the car was no longer available!! To add insult to injury in this case, I was told that the other customer was put ahead of me because they gave a deposit to "hold“ the car despite the fact that this option was never offered to me! I would have expected a courtesy phone call giving me the priority option of a "hold" deposit first. My overall customer experience with this dealership was unsatisfactory, to say the least! Bottom line, for anyone considering purchasing from an Audi dealer in the Tristate area, you may want to put Mohegan Lake Audi at the bottom of your list. Pass this along!
Best ever experience buying a car
Best experience buying a car! very straight forward , good price and exceptional delivery. No business manager trying push add ons rammed down your throat. Just the best experience I have had, period
Great experience from start to finish
My husband and I recently leased a car from Mohegan Lake Audi with Anthony Tezzi. He made the whole thing super easy. Everything was transparent and he gave us great advice. I would absolutely go back to him again for future cars.
Worst experience ever with a car dealer
I did not want to believe the negative reviews about this place but they are all true. I live in albany and had some email text comunication i was looking for an Audi A3 cabriolet. They send me pictures and prices, i pay a 1000.00 hold fee for the beautilful convertible i think im getting. I have to drive 2 hours to get there, when i meet with the person i was dealing with Charles Siciliano. He has a sedan parked and i told him this is not the car the i want. He tells me let me see if we have a 2016 convertible, doesnt even invite me to take a sit inside, comes back saying oh im sorry we dont have any cars, i drove for two hours put many miles in my current car for im sorry we made a mistake. The only think this tells me about this place once they are not honest, two the try selling you something you arent looking for. I didnt bother to even look at the Sedan. I left and remember omg they have 1000 dollars i gave for a hold deposit, something charlers never mention to give back to me. I drove back to the dealer and ask for my money back as i was quiet upset, to end the insult charles siciliano and one of his co-workers had a good chickle on my expence, maybe they thought because i have dark skin and an accent im was an idiot. Jockes are on they as i will be making a complaint to the BBA about racial profiling and shady businesses.
BEST car buying experience ever!
Simple review. We came from central NJ to purchase our car from Mohegan Lakes Audi. Hands down the BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER.
Great experience at Mohegan Lake. Got a good deal on an awesome car.
The arrogance is palpable once they get you in a deal .And I am not done I will report what they had to right to do.BUT I WILL NEVER deal with them. They should send surveys after the awesome experiences . Summed up Horrible !
Terrible rude customer service
Have had problems with oil light since purchasing used Audi in 2013. Recently oil light came on again - took two weeks to get an appointment but finally was told to bring car in and service would take about three hours. Arrived first thing Monday morning - without ever looking at the vehicle, told me oil was fine, but if I wanted oil change it would cost $450. When questioned, point blankly lied -rude, unprofessional and not very smart- STAY AWAY!
Excellent professional sales experience
I went to see a used car listed on cars.com. The salesperson I contacted was excellent -- knowledgeable, low-pressure with a thorough history of the car I wanted to test drive. The car itself was well presented and exactly as advertised on-line -- clean, detailed, and everything in working order. Price was fair as well though I did not end up purchasing this vehicle.
