    I had such an amazing sales person Brandon Waller, He was not aggressive with his sell. He let me tell him what I wanted , which was a vehicle that they did not have in the lot at the time since I wanted two specific colors . However, he did not try to convince me on taking one that was already in the lot so he can make a sell. When I would ask to step outside because I really was overwhelmed with the decision and add- on, he would not push me to speed things up. Never lost his patience, at least not in front of me. I went to another dealership prior to going to Liberty Kia and the sales guy there was aggressive and rude. I was not there ten minutes when I already knew this guy was not getting my business. (I did not rate the qualities of repair since I have not had anything repaired yet)

    My son took our Kia in for an oil change the day before he left for school 700 miles away. Service tech failed to replace oil cap. Unaware, we noticed oil on the garage floor the next morning just as we were leaving for the trip to school. We immediately took the car back to the dealership not realizing the oil cap was missing. Upon arriving at the dealership, oil had covered the engine compartment and spilled out onto the hood and passenger headlamp. Fortunately, the engine was not damaged - we were very lucky. The service department quickly took the car to top off the oil and clean up the engine compartment. After about 1/2 hour the car was brought out. Upon inspection we found lots of oil remaining in the engine compartment, the clean up effort was less than satisfactory. In addition, the service technician used a cleaning solvent that caused the plastic passenger side head lamp cover to bubble and become opaque. Since my son was going to take the car permanently to school, the service department promised that they would send a check for 1) a refund of the oil change, and 2) the cost of replacing the headlamp assembly so that my son could have it replaced at its new location. The check has never come. So I am terribly disappointed with the workmanship and professionalism with a simple oil change and clean up and I am also very disappointed that the dealership has not issued the refund/reimbursement as promised. Your only as good as your word, and in the auto dealership business, that's huge. Just think how much it would have cost the dealership if we hadn't noticed and the engine seized up during our trip?

    I love kia and everyone that is there! they have become like family. I myself have bought two cars from them, my dad got one, my two brothers and my brothers girlfriend. I was unfortunately hit by a car and my car was totaled. I went back to kia to buy my second car and they made it so easy and comfortable and I was able to walk out with a brand new car.

    I found a car online, called the dealer to verify that it was indeed new,price was correct and that it was available. Upon arrival they tried selling me a different car, and refused to sell the car I came for. I had a friend call the next day and they did the same thing to him as well. I can only assume the reason is to get people in. Don't waste your time. sad sad sad dealer
