Purchased Lexus Cert RX350 Luxury package and immediately
Purchased Lexus Cert RX350 Luxury package and immediately within a couple weeks noticed a drone noise took to LOC twice within about 6 weeks nothing was done! Got with MFG they came and looked at it and again nothing was done! Took it in 7 weeks ago for regular service and let them know how dissatisfied we were and how I have never had such a disappointment in a vehicle, especially paying what we paid and it being luxury but sounds like an old Chrysler. They should have let us replace it with something of equal value but did not offer it. The used car person, Marie, tried to make us sound stupid by telling us it was a loose tray in consule! Between 15 and 1800 rpm’s, noise has gotten worse. Ryan in service has had it for 7 weeks now and we have had a loaner! But they will not let him do what should be done to it! He has been kind but the whole dealership should be on top of it but I guess since it isn’t a new vehicle they don’t want us as regular customers! Shame on you LOC! I always wanted a Lexus now never again!
