    drove 2 1/2 hours to buy, received extra pictures as requested. Internet pics show a tonneau cover, yet was not included in purchase due to it being placed on a new vehicle purchase. Dealership fixed problems we pointed out. Still waiting on a manual for the glove box. Front brakes are metal on metal ( according to my mechanic) after 1500 miles of highway driving. Called the dealership, they seemed concerned, and called with the inspection report stating 4 mm of brake pad left at time of inspection (something doesn't add up here). Was told after arriving that internet pricing is firm even though we discussed a strong chance of purchase if the negotiated price was acceptable if we drive that far...they did negotiate, but barely enough to cover the tonneau cover. But in closing, other than the stated issues, overall happy with the deal. But for your own protection, take it to your own mechanic if at all possible, we did not have that option due to distance.

    I did my research before making the drive out to Clinton.I was going in prepared for a pushy salesman. I spoke with John that morning and let him know what time i'd make it out there and that I was looking at the 2012 Chevy Cruze Eco. He was not only prepared with the car warm when i got there but, he was very welcoming, had a smile on his face, and was ready to have a conversation about the car. He didn't oversell, and he didn't pressure me to buy. Not only did the car speak for itself but, John made it easy to want to do business with him. He passed my sale onto the finance department where I worked with both Steve and Brett. I have been through some nightmares, as far as time consumption, while waiting for financing to process my purchase. Not only did they assure me that they would get it done as quickly as possible, they were able to beat my expectations as well as their own. Overall, I am very happy with the full experience!

    Didn't ever get call backs on how deal was progressing,by anyone including salesman John. Had to call them to find out anything.I felt they were ignoring me, even though I supplied them with all the info they asked for .I have bought several vehicles from this dealership, before it changed hands.I will never go there again for anything.I will not recommend this dealership to anyone including my family

    I was near the end of my lease on a 2013 Chevy Silverado, and was trying to decide on leasing a new truck or SUV or buying out my current lease. I had very low miles on my truck because I also have two motorcycles I ride during the summer months, and don't drive my truck very much at all. Plus the purchase price was pretty low, so keeping it would have been a great deal. So afterI pulled in to Suburban Chevrolet of Clinton and circled the lot to see what they had in stock I parked at the showroom and met a salesperson (Jessica) at the front door. I explained to her my situation that I was looking for some information on what would be best for me to do, keep what I had and finance it or lease a new one. This was my third Silverado in a row and I wouldn't mind getting a fourth. She was very easy to talk to, she understood what I wanted and was very helpful in explaining my options. I had mentioned how much I liked one of the Rally Edition Silverado's I saw on the lot, and even though I couldn't afford it I'd like to take it for a ride. So after Jessica explained how I could get in to a new lease due to the great incentives now, she brought the keys to a few of the trucks in the colors I liked and the first one I could drive was the Rally Edition! That all happened late Thursday afternoon, Friday morning the Rally Edition was mine! Jessica and the rest of the team at Suburban of Clinton made it so easy I couldn't believe it. I actually laughed when they told me the new lease payment. It was about a 100.00 less than what I was paying on my old one. I will be a loyal customer!!

    Being a first-time buyer, I was expecting the process of purchasing a vehicle to be difficult and exhausting. However, Suburban Chevrolet of Clinton quickly proved me wrong. My saleswoman, Jessica Carter, was an absolute pleasure to work with. Immediately she made it clear to me that she would do anything possible to have me driving off the lot in a reliable, affordable car. Throughout the entire process, I felt as if I was being treated like family rather than a client. She made sure that I understood everything about my purchase in clear detail and treated me with absolute respect. In fact, every person I interacted with during my experience at Suburban was incredibly friendly and professional. It is obvious to me that they truly value their customers and will do anything to accommodate their needs. I will be giving them my business for years to come.

    Suburban Chevrolet of Clinton, did a awesome job! Christopher Orr was very friendly and compassionate to my needs. I wanted a used vehicle that fit my price range and style.Christopher found that for me. Plus I was able to keep the car overnight so that my husband could also test drive it, when he came home from work! The next day I returned to the dealership and told Christopher that there were a couple of minor things that I wanted done. " Not a problem" was his response. They were completed the next day! Thank you Christopher and Stephen!

    I called Suburban Chevrolet service department because I had a flat tire. They sent a tow truck to pick up my vehicle, fixed it and returned my vehicle to me the same day! I didn't even have to leave my house! Great customer service!
