    I went in by myself after seeing the car on-line. No hassle test drive. No pressure sales. Upfront and honest from start to finish! As a lady going to... a car lot I was septical and expecting to get the typical response and got the exact opposite! Bret Dorow was wonderful! Not your run of the mill car salesman! From the 1st phone call to the last handshake.. it was a terrific experience. Drove home in my new car the same day! Ask for Bret!

    I purchased my vehicle from here six weeks ago and was told that they would let me know when I can come pick up the title. In the meantime, I was given... temporary tags for my vehicle. After four weeks, I decided to start calling the dealership to see what the status was and the response I received varied from “looks like we will have it in tomorrow” to “we will have the title clerk call you back but we only have one title clerk and she’s pregnant.” At one point, I decided to stop by the dealership to inquire and was surprised to see that the lot was empty, the dealership had moved without notice to existing customers, like myself. After finding the new location, I was still not able to obtain the title to register the vehicle. The temporary tag is set to expire over the holiday weekend. I called again today and the individual that answered the phone sounded like he was irritated that I was calling again and once again said “we will have someone call you back”. Needless to say, I’m thoroughly disappointed with the quality of customer service and at this point, I’m not sure that Hertz even has the title. I'll be contacting the Better Business Bureau today to file a formal complaint.

    I brought a 2017 Toyota Avalon on January 22,2018 here, the staff was great in handling all my concerns about my purchase.My time spent at the dealership... was less than 45 min. for the entire buying process of purchasing the car.Jeff and Andrew and the entire staff was professional and very courteous,they did what they said and met all of my needs, best car buying experience I have had to date.I will shop here again for two reasons the people here and the good deal I received at this dealership.

    well they did seem a little disorganized from the beginning and then it went downhill after. First off, the bank, they stated needed to see that my daughter... in law lived with me since her and my son just acquired a new apartment and was living with me for over a year, so that showed stability. (she had to get a drivers license with my address) (previously had been living with her grandmother for years) They then told us to go up to the light and turn right and it was right down the street. Well the street numbers were going the opposite direction, so we had to google the license bureau and we should have turned left at the light and it was much more than right up the street. I had already provided them with 2 contact numbers for me, home phone and cell phone. Since we weren't back in a timely manner (it was a long line at the license bureau too) they called my home phone and not my cell and left a message. I told them I did not get a phone call, are you sure you called my cell. After the initial paperwork was signed, including purchasing a used car warranty and gap insurance we thought all was fine. Next I got a frantic call several weeks later stating we had to immediately re-sign the contract and the extended warranty had to be removed since the bank did not want to approve the loan for the total amount, and we thought that the bank had already approved us!! (They only asked for the purchase price of the car and did not include the extended warranty cost) Then we agreed upon a meet spot but the person who was to meet us was at a different exit. So to our dismay we signed a new contract, we were told that we could come down to the office and purchase the extended warranty separate. We had already sold her other car and she had no other means of transportation, so we were stuck between a rock and a hard place so to speak, we planned on the extended warranty and purchased the car due to having that. Needless to say they did heavily discount the extended warranty and 0% interest for the next 18 months, when all was said and done she is paying out an additional $20 a month over and above the original payment (x 18 months) and after all her car payment went down $40....so it did work out....Next issue was when we went back in to purchase warranty we were told the night before our copy of the contract would be there the next day....it was not, we asked about the memo title and was assured that it was at the court house and would be picked up in the next day or two and they would Fed EX it to the house with the contract....well to this day and the TEMPORARY TAGS run out today....we do not have it, so thus, she has been unable to transfer her previous plates...I have yet to call them and asked what are they going to do about this, so we will see. I am not happy with this experience of buying a vehicle here, and I have purchased many over the years.

    Great experience with Hertz. Emailed to ask about the car and got a fast response. Sales person-Stephen-was very professional and helpful. Financing was... quick and painless! Would definitely recommend them to others, they have nice cars at good prices.

    I hate buying cars. I don't like the pressure and the haggling and the interminable waiting to get anything accomplished. So I was pleasantly surprised... by how easy and hassle-free my experience was with Hertz Car Sales in Cincinnati, Ohio. Tank, my salesman was friendly and personable, and Andrew, my finance guy was very clear and succinct in his explanations. The entire process took maybe an hour, and I drove away in my new (used) car very happy.
