Good Experience

This was my third lease from Mark Anthony Esmade. I find him to be low key and respectful. Something lacking with many car salesmen. The deal and paperwork was smooth and with no problems. The vehicle was ready when promised. And was nicely detailed. No complaints . The price was fair I would highly recommend him to anyone shopping for a Honda. Sam S

Jose Gonzalez was just the kind of salesperson I needed.

Jose is thorough and knowledgeable and helpful. I'm happy he was assigned to me. I was referred to BR Honda by a couple of friends, one is a repeat customer. I would certainly refer friends and family to Jose.

Jose Gonzalez is the best!

Jose was very helpful and patient enough with us. He answered all our questions without sounding overwhelmed as the questions kept pouring in. We got the best deal ever.

Outstanding Service, daunting process made easy

Such A Quick and Easy Process - Carolyn

Sergio was extremely cordial and helpful in helping my husband and I find our son just the right first car! He worked with us in an incredibly timely manner and continued to work with us after purchasing the 2012 Nissan Altima from Bay Ridge Honda. His service was extremely valuable and I highly recommend Sergio to any future buyers!

If at first you don't succeed...

My wife and I were looking for a pre-owned CR-V and went through a number of options on the first night with Jaime. We picked one and were going to come back the next day to finalize the paperwork when I got a call from Jaime that it turned out the one we picked was not certified. So the search started anew the next night where Jaime was able to work with us on finding another CR-V of the same year and mileage and get that price down closer to where the first car was. Also worked financing with Mr. Joseph and he was great as well. Overall, the best part of our experience was that Jaime made himself available on his day off and was able to be in communication day and night pre and post sale with any questions we had.

Great Car ...Great Sales Person

I have been going to Bay Ridge Honda & dealt with Igor Shiff since 2005, when he helped me with my first purchase of a Honda, and again in 2013 for a lease & now 2016. He is the absolute best sales person without being a pushy salesman - very knowledgeable, professional & extremely helpful. Although, I live closer to a different dealership I prefer to go to Bay Ridge Honda & dealing with Igor and I would highly recommend both
