Great, easy, no complications.

When I went to bay ridge Honda I was well taken care off. All questions I had were answered although there wasn't a whole lot. I did my research in the Honda Accord hybrid ex-l model before walking in so I already knew what I was going to expect.

Professional, friendly, and a smooth transaction.

Mr. Igor Shiff had sold us a 2013 Honda Fit and that experience was so relaxing we came back to him and the exceptional dealership in Bay Ridge. Mr. Shiff easily handled the details of trading in our previous CR- V and the transfer of our plates and insurance. We felt comfortable in the dealership and it was great that the insurance could be handled on site. We have recommended Mr. Shiff and the dealership to our family and friends.

GREAT PEOPLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH

I JUST LEASED A 2017 HONDA ACCORD FROM BAY RIDGE HONDA WHUCH WAS THE 3RD VEHICLE I EITHER PURCHASED OR LEASED SINCE 2007. AS IN PAST YEARS, I WAS TREATED EXTREMELY WELL BY THE ENTIRE STAFF (SALES PERSON, FINANCIAL PERSON, ETC.) THEY MADE THE ENTIRE EXPERIANCE VERT SMOOTH AND EASY.

My third pre-owned car from Bay Ridge Honda, EXCITING!

My experience with Fred and Raymond is that I could trust their judgement and input. Raymond was just as excited as me in purchasing my pre-owned vehicle. I trusted Fred and Raymond all the way. Very pleased

Everyone from the receptionists to the salesman to the people that dealt with insurance etc, were very knowledgable & pleasant to deal with. Because of these, is why I leased a Honda HRV.
