Took my vehicle in twice to get AC repaired . About 900.00 later still doesn't work. Took vehicle in twice called a third time and told the mechanic who... worked on it was an expert on AC units....well so much for their expertise or willingness to resolve the issue...very dissatisfied and will not go back to them again nor will I recommend anyone take their vehicle for servicing. I still have no AC unit working
brought car in first part of Jan for overheat problem. they replaced water pump. driving home, it would not heat up. returned it. they forgot to reinstall... thermostat. half way home, engine sounded like xxxx. returned it. turbocharger went out. replaced it. didn't fix the problem. returned it. replaced radiator, a/c condenser, oil lines, and the other turbocharger. brought home early April. Car not performing. returned it. reprogrammed computer and cleaned? catalytic converter. didn't change performance. Brought car home only to find air conditioner not working. Taking it to Denver to have everything fixed. Over 3 months, 4 thousand dollars and much worse off.

My wife was looking at getting a bigger car. We looked at mid sized sedans from all the other dealers in town. Every salesman from the other lots made... us feel like our business wasn't appreciated or wanted. Max Layton from Spradley Ford was different. He took the time to find my wife the perfect car. He showed a great deal of patience and respect for us. We bought the car, a 2016 Ford Fusion, and the process was made extremely easy by the entire Spradley staff. Jeff Dunker in the service department is excellent! I needed service right away on my 2014 Ford Escape. Jeff was able to work me in according to my schedule.... I appreciate his work ethics and reliability! That's why I always ask for him.
My engine was destroyed from internal water pump breaking. Eric in service department went to bat for me dealing with warranty company and got me best... outcome of a stressful situation. He was relentless with them. Thank you Eric!
My daughter went on her first car buying trip alone. She went to look at a Toyota Yaris. She was told it was not available because it needed a computer... and when repaired the price would be $2000 more. She came home with a very nice 2007 Lincoln MKZ. The car had a couple problems that the dealership fixed but one they did not. The window sticker displayed the features of the car, one of them being heated seats. The heated seats worked for the test drive but not later. They were worked on twice and functioned once after each repair. I called the service department, which was very helpful and professional, and was told the car needed a heated seat module connector and a heated seat module. The Sales Department told the Service Department not to replace the parts.. If the Sales Department knew parts were needed and they were not going to fix the seats the least they could have done was let my daughter know so she could have had it fixed during the three days it was in their facility having the other repairs made. I would recommend the Service Department but not the Sales Department. My son drives Fords and after this experience with the Sales Department is looking in Colorado Springs for a new car.
Steve Salazar is probably the best salesman I have ever encountered. He even sent a Christmas card to see how my vehicle was doing thus far. Even got me... an extra key for my Chrysler Aspen. This guy is amazing. The buying process could not have been more satisfying. You need a new or used car? Then go see Steve Salazar at Spradley.

I didn't make it in to the location but I am basing this off of customer service I received emailing back and forth with a sales associate on a used vehicle.... Responses were quick and I would definitely look there for a vehicle in the future.

Salesperson was very knowledgeable of the vehicle. We felt welcomed and no significant buying pressure. While we were told hail damage repair could be... made before we left, it was not. We were told it would only take a day to make the repairs, we scheduled an appt for a Friday and were without the car until Monday. This was disappointing.
