Strike 1 - We bought a used Edge from Vision. The day after we brought it home something seemed wrong with the brakes. Since there was no mechanic at the... Ontario location we took it to Webster - the mechanic there said the vehicle was TOO DANGEROUS for us to drive home since there wasn't a bit of brakes left on it and it should have NEVER passed inspection - it was inspected at the Ontario location. Getting them to replace the brakes at their cost was a hassle but they did it, so okay - things happen. 2 - My Mom bought a used Ford 500 from them. She purchased an after market warranty - had some car issues, took it to the closest shop she could make it to, it was UNSAFE to be driven away from that shop so she had the work completed there which of course now even though the issue would have been covered under warranty - because it was done at the garage she limped it to, it is not covered. While it was up on the lift stuff started falling out - the mechanic looked and to much everyone's shock the subframe had been patched and inside it was stuffed with NEWSPAPER! The newspaper was dated just before her purchase! My Mom went to the dealership and asked for help where she was swished away because they were having an event and no one there would be able to help her. The following day I went with her. I showed the photos of the subframe, I explained the situation, the salesman was very kind and acted disgusted about the condition of vehicle they sold her - he sent the information to "corporate" and said we would hear from them on Wednesday (two days later) They have done NOTHING and now the car is due for inspection and WILL NOT PASS! I would never recommend them. Sure, it's a great buying experience - but wait to see what you really bought once your car needs to be inspected. This is an ABSURD way of doing business - I will be driving my mother to the courthouse to file a lawsuit because apparently the lives of the people driving these UNSAFE vehicles mean nothing to them!
I bought a truck online from them.They set up financing quickly and walked me thru the process. They made the process. Very easy and would not hesitate... to recommend them

I was looking for a used Toyota and saw there was one here. Set up an appointment for a test drive via email (very quick response times), test drive the... vehicle, discussed financing options, and made the next steps. They made the sales process easy, not very pushy. I ended up getting a deal from a family member, so I didn't go through with the purchase, but they made everything else super easy and personable. I'd recommend for sure.

Ok so I purchased a 2009 Ford escape Got a fair Price also purchased an additional warranty. I am still having problems since day one but at the same... time I am not sure if I should be upset or happy. The vehicle had problems nobody could have predicted. It is a hybrid gas and electric. When it had problems Vision sent it to Ford. They spent over $5000 to correct the issue, I was impressed because the problems were not easy to see and I paid about 12,000 in total so 5k is a lot. the salesman was Brian He was beyond awesome I would recommend him because he stood by his word on this older used car. The service teck was AJ he was also fantastic with helping to resolve the issues. At one point the management refused to pay another penny to make the suv perfect. Perhaps I can understand why after all they spent 5K for repairs after I purchased the suv. I am still stuck with about $1500 in repair bills which I am not sure if i should be happy or sad. the work is being done by a Ford dealer because this vehicle is a hybrid which is not easy to fix. Honestly Vision stood behind there word and had a huge expense in repairs that could not be predicted. So yes I am mad I have to pay $1400 for the final fix but at the same time I got a good suv with problems no one could have seen.

Let's start drove by, saw a truck that caught my eye, u turn place closed looked around for a few, got back on road, checked vehicle out online. Wife... sent in request discussed with salesman over few emails & texts, went up following weekend & drove vehicle, signed deal & picked up 2 days later. Worked with Vinnie & Tad & bought an almost new Ford F-150, very good group of guys to deal with. No high pressure, but the were straight forward, honest & made the transaction seamless.

I started to write this about ME, and the series of unfortunate events that brought me to the dealership in the first place, but you folks don't care about... that. You care about where you're going to find your next car. Well...I can honestly attest, that Al, Mark and the rest of the crew at Vision II in Ontario will literally do EVERYTHING in their power to get you into the right ride. Not only will they work night and day (I'm NOT exaggerating here) to get you the right deal, but when Mark sensed that I was "settling" for a ride I wasn't completely satisfied with, he checked around, and BOOM the next day he presented me with an SUV with seating for 8 at a price that this Mom could pay and still sleep at night.
