I've had some major issues with my car in the past, so when I came in the service manager, Ernesto Esparza, recognized me. I was treated like gold! No
t only did my tires need replacement, they were so bad the tech said they could blow at any time. They got my car in right away. Obviously, I had to wait for the repairs to be done, but they took my car back right away! On top of it all, after spending over $5000 a few months back on car repairs, another $900 or so wasn't the easiest to come up with. So again, Ernesto came through, knocked the price down a little and I got approved on the spot for the GM credit card to put the repairs on. So overall outstanding service from management, service reps, mechanics and GM credit. I couldn't ask for more! I will be buying my new Buick here also!
