CPO Purchase

My experience from initial contact until finalizing the transaction and driving off the lot was exceptional and very professional. Although, I didn't get the price I requested, I believe we both finalized a "fair deal" for the vehicle. My "Motoring Specialist" and her management team answered any and all questions I had concerning my purchase. The complete process was truly enjoyable, I hope the driving experience will be as good!

Service Visit

Josh Gates helped me with my car and did an excellent job clearly explaining everything and making the process as easy as can be. He even was kind enough to drive me up the street to get a rental car. Talk about amazing customer service! Definitely would recommend! Everyone I experienced at Bob Smith Mini was very kind and helpful, which to me meant a lot since going in for work on your car can be stressful.

Service visit for software recall

Josh was very attentive and helpful, took great care of me and my MINI. Great facility with very nice customer lounge and great shuttle service to and from errands while waiting for completion of my service. Extremely pleasant experience and my car was spotless inside and out when finished.

Always 5 Stars at Bob Smith Calabasas

On my 4th Mini Clubman. Always a superb experience leasing a car with Bob Smith. Knowledgable, caring, professional sales team always willing to work with you for a great deal. Especially want to commend Andre Warren for his outstanding service. He is the person to see if you are going to Bob Smith. He got us to into a new lease on an early turn in with a number we were all not sure could be accepted. But he did it. And he is just a genuine, personable, classy guy. No pressure, no sales talk. And we have been dealing with Josh in the service department through all of our Minis and he is first rate as well. Best part of Bob Smith Mini is there loaners are Minis and BMWs. We know if Bob Smith maintains this level of service we will keep coming back!

Bob Smith mini is the best

These guys are the greatest. Sue Bolger, my service advisor, is not only great to talk to, but knows her stuff and gets me in and out with a breeze. I always allow extra time before work to drop my car off, and never need it because she and everyone else make the process so easy. My loaner car is always ready, my own car always done impeccably, as well as returned clean. Thanks so very much!

Great experience!

Great experience buying a car! Professional service, no pressure when buying, clean cars. I will recommend this dealer to my friends, excellent customer service from Anthony, I liked that they can work with what you like in your budge range, you will be always in control. I will go there again to buy a car! You won't be disappointed!

Great Sales Demo

Robert the "Rock Star" took great pains to insure that we knew everything necessary about the Cooper we bought and allowed both of us to take our time in getting to know how to properly drive this fun car. The entire staff was knowledgeable and competent. Best and most fun car buying experience ever.

Great Experience

After going to Bob Smith Mini for years for service on my original 08 Mini Clubman S, it was finally time for a new car. Since they had been so great in service (thanks Josh!), I figured they deserved the opportunity to sell me a new car. I worked with Alexis, and the whole experience was wonderful, and not full of the usual pressures I am used to in the car buying process. I spent most of the afternoon there, trying many models and types, and ultimately settled on the newly redesigned Mini Clubman. This thing drives much more like a BMW than a Mini. My hat is off to the wonderful team at Bob Smith for making my experience truly amazing on both ends of the dealership! I also appreciate all the attention and time Alexis spent with me, and ultimately my wife as well when she got off work. I would suggest this dealership to anyone looking for a Mini (talk to Alexis!), needing work on a Mini (talk to Josh!), or even deciding if a Mini is right (just try it out!). You won't be disappointed, and the customer service is what you would wish from every other company in your life!

Magnificent Interactive kNowledgable Impecable

Devastated by being T-Boned in my one week old Mini Cooper, I was referred to Bob Smith in Calabasas, which was close to where I was working. THESE FOLKS ARE AMAZING. Justin was instructive and engaging as a sales rep. I cannot say enough about Ryan Amico who took the let's get to know one another and communicate in negotiations, so I could get this second Mini in a month. Kristin in finance broke down all the details, listened to what I wanted and NEEDed and then worked the numbers to get me there. I HAD FUN buying this car, even under the stress and amidst insurance and lawyers. I actually came away feeling like people cared and I could finally breathe. I've never dealt with a team of such authentic and capable individuals working with cars. Oh yes, I drove away in Mini Heather Rosei on St. Patrick's Day, My Lucky Day now being part of Bob Smith Mini family!!!
