Generally the service has been very good. The periodic maintenance completed under the plan I purchased when I bought my truck has been good. I had,... and still suffer at times, a slow speed or stopped engine surge which could not be diagnosed or fixed. I am reluctant to allow my wife or family to drive the truck at this time due to that surge. I am afraid this is going to turn out somewhat like the issue Toyota went through a few years ago and which resulted me moving away from Toyota products. But again, the service staff at the Laramie White's Motors are very professional and friendly.

I had an oil change with a brief service check. It was very professionally done, the service folks were very personable, considerate, professional and... and completed the work in a timely manner.
My 2015 F-250 was taken in for a scheduled maintenance. The work was done promptly and the service was completed in a professional manner. The vehicle... was returned washed. The service department staff were, as usual, very friendly and competent.

Awesome service, friendly staff, clean facility, prompt, dependable.
Showed up for a scheduled oil and air filter change at 10 AM, but didn't hear anything from the dealership. I called after 4 PM inquiring about my vehicle... and was told it was put on hold because someone needed tires and was currently being worked on. 6 hours for tires? It always takes this place longer than you expect to get something done, and even then the quality of the job is questionable.
