    I was looking to purchase a $40k car are their rep completely ignored me. Never responded to my text, hardly responded to my emails. Said he was getting... the car, never showed me any pictures, pulled my credit without and verification he had the car. This is a complete lack of customer concern. I will be writing Kia corporate a nice letter about this dealership.

    Bought a used vehicle from there. The buying process was smooth but they acted dumb when within 5 minutes of a test I found 3 exhaust leaks. They said... the extended warranty would cover it without confirming with the warranty center. The repair was not covered because the dealer knew about it and the dealer also wouldn't help with the repair. They wanted to to pay for the repair our of pocket. So I say dont buy used at all from there.

    Seven Hobbs was our sales person he is patient and knowledgeable. A very professional salesperson. Seven kept in touch after the sale to be sure we had... no concerns. This is our 2nd purchase from this dealer and not our last! Chris the business manager and Nick the GM round out this great team. What a nice experience! Love the car too!     Nice place, good service, nice salespeople, fairly smooth process, small hiccup in financing data on down payment (small annoyance). Overall very satisfied... with experience and the beautiful car we received. They were very thorough in going over everything with us.

    I have to say it might be too early to review on the mechanical quality of my used 4runner, but the experience here was fantastic. I was in a tough spot... with a Dodge Journey with only 76k on it I got 6 months prior. The thing was literally one problem after another. Went to Kia knowing they had a used Toyota on their lot. Logan was wonderful and patient with helping me decide to take the risk on the 4Runner. I had the 4Runner over the weekend and found out the alternator was overcharging the battery. Put in an order through o'reillys for a new one. Went to Kia to ask if they could work with me to install it without charge. Kris (I believe is his name) the finance manager helped me out even more. Told me to not buy the alternator and they'd take care of it all. I couldn't be more greatful to Kia and the employees that helped me out.
