It would take me hours to write all about my experience with purchasing a vehicle here. ALL very positive!!! If you need staff that will go the distance... with you, then this place is for you. All the other customers I spoke with had nothing but positive things to say about this dealership. Nice inventory of new vehicles, but an amazing selection of every make and model of used vehicles. Service Advisor, Mike White is one of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with! Salesperson, Mirzet Kajdic was a great help with finding the right used vehicle for me. Sales Manager Nick Sheret brought everything together and is a great guy. Do yourself a favor and check them out!!
We bought a new Outlander Phev. Great vehicle! We are filling the gas tank about once a month. We plug it in at night. The electric cost is so small it... is hardly noticeable. . We had gone to Schumacher but they weren’t open when they said they would be. We couldn’t seem to get their attention. We called North Palm Beach Mitsubishi. They said they had PHEVs in stock. We went. We bought. It was a pleasure Great sales team. We even got a follow up call 2 months later from Mel asking how we liked our PHEV. The attention and care is much appreciated.
Bought a cash car in November broke down on me 3 days later brought it in they claim to have fixed the coils a week later breaks down on me again they... claim that fix the plugs or something of the swords a month later it happens again then a month later it happens again and here I am again with the same problem and the parts manager or service manager told me that the parts only have a one-month warranty on them which I don't believe that's true and I'm very unhappy with the fact that this car is left me stuck numerous times!! Not cool only 1 month warranty on parts!!!! I was never told that till i call with a problem poor communication
.......have been trying since March to get refund for my gap insurance, no one available to help, at lunch, not here, no call back. Unbelievable that I... have to go to Insurance Commission for this.
Paid to have car shipped and delivered on Saturday and Nick Sheret scheduled the delivery. Waited till 2am and no call from shipping company. Now it’s... Sunday and no call and no car. Wha the xxxx is going on.
Highly recommend this dealership! I'm not the one to write reviews, however with the impeccable service and hospitality I received from their team, they... deserve recognition for all they have done. Having Guy and Tyler as my salesmen, made the car buying process seamless. They both went above and beyond to accomodate my wife and I and made sure we understood step by step of what was happening.
