What an awful car buying experience. The car is beautiful, but I'll unfortunately never forget how poorly I was treated. I am pregnant and had my... 2 year old with me. I made an appointment to see a car with a saleman named Daniel. I arrived and waited 15 minutes. He couldn't be found, so another salesperson found the keys to the car I came to see. I had to look at the vehicle on my own. No one helped us. After about 45 to an hourjust trying to go on a test drive Daniel, appears. He was courteous, but the process took forever. Trying to negotiate was a nightmare. The price they gave me was $5000 more than the internet price. I was shocked! And getting them down to a reasonable price both parties could agree on was a total unnecessary drama. We had to wait at the desk while he constantly went back asking managers about the price. Eventually he brought a manager over to us. I only talked to that manager whose name I really wish I could remember for a few minutes. He proceeded to tell us our price was impossible, our trade in was worth nothing, and was just plain mean to us. He told us there was no way we could make the deal, and he took the keys to the car and stormed off. We had already been there for 3 hours at this point and the yelling made me get emotional and start to cry. I'm so embarrassed that I had to tell another manager - while in tears- that I really wanted the to deal to happen. We were a few miles down the road when they called us back. Saying another mystery manager was able to make it work. All that drama, stress, and emotional maipulation just to give us the price they had advertised online but of course it had to be done today. We arrived at 11:30 and didn't leave til 5:30. My 2 year old and I were exhausted. The car is beautiful, but I will never forget how manipulated and just plain xxxxty I felt at the end of the day

Tampa Honda are the BEST !!! I purchased two Hondas a civic and an accord, the civic is awesome! I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone
I came in last week and was helped by Miguel Diaz. I had never bought a car before, so I was extremely pleased with how nice, professional, and knowledgeable... Miguel was! He made the entire experience enjoyable and I can’t recommend Miguel and Tampa Honda enough! I will be telling my friends and family to come here.
I had the chance to speak with the young man name Leroy. I recommend everyone ask for him! A Great young man who listened to what I was looking for and... guided me in the right direction. So happy we bought our car at Tampa Honda. Great customer service. Leroy I'm sending my friend Amy your way. She wants another mini van.
If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Called today to make an appointment to see a SPECIFIC vehicle. After being transferred to someone to set... it up, I made very very clear the vehicle I was interested in and before scheduling, i wanted to know FOR SURE this vehicle was still available and on the lot. Christine looks up the inventory and states the car is there, has not been sold to anyone. We go over things about the vehicle. I set up the appointment (to see it within a few hrs of calling time). I ask if she will be there when we arrive. She states she will be. I receive two texts from her during this short period between initial contact and appt time. We arrive 10 minutes early for our appointment. Someone else is assigned to speak with us not Christine. (Zain). Takes us to his desk and tells us he will be right back. 15 minutes later and hes not right back....but when he finally does come over, he says hes trying to "find the car" and that it is NOT showing in inventory and "maybe" it was sold. HUH? No courtesy call or text back to me if that's the case?? Then there is a pow wow in the managers office. Manager (Courtney) comes out with salesmen and tells us that the wholesaler came and took that vehicle THIS MORNING and he wasnt aware of it. Well then how come when I called, Christine confirmed it was on your lot, still showing on your computers in inventory!!!! Tells me it was a misunderstanding and a miscommunication. Ummm NO! This has nothing to do with misunderstanding or miscommunication. So first, the vehicle is there and in inventory and not sold....then it "may be sold" and cant be found...then the wholesaler took it this morning and no one at this dealership knew about it. Not even the manager. And here comes the sales pitch....."Let me see how we can make it up to you".,....Ummmmm NO!!!! Because your dealership doesn't seem to have a clue whats going on, you wasted my time, you dont deserve my business. There are plenty of other Honda dealers to choose from. DONT USE THIS ONE!!!!!
I have been a loyal patron of Tampa Honda for several years. Up until this point they, like all dealerships, weren't the cheapest and frequently upsell... service to customers. My most recent trip was because we had a nail in a tire that had a warranty. I called to set up service but made the unfortunate mistake of sending my wife to the dealership who was unprepared for the harassment to purchase every upsell tactic. Well, they threw the book at her. Not only was she charged full price for the tire, she was sold a power steering service $107.95, Brake Fluid Service $107.94, Air Filter $52.00, A/C Cabin Filter $47.00, and not exactly sure what the Miscellaneous Charge of $28.73 is for but I'll add it to the list of upsell dealership must have's! I called the dealership for 6 straight days and left repeated messages for Jeff King. Apparently, this dealership is so well run that all the service managers quit (amazing what you find out from employees the more you call for a person.) Jeff finally called me back today after 6 days of repeated messages via email, voicemails, and leaving with person who answers. His first condescending question was is my wife an adult and is she 18? Second, proceeded to tell me he checked the footage of security tape and she authorized all the charges. REALLY. Number one, a reputable Service Manager would call the customer to hear the complaint before researching for 6 days and then calling the customer. Here's the fun part...the disclosed estimated cost of repairs was $0.00. Secondly, the paperwork states "customer requested" under all the services. I'm sorry to tell you my wife doesn't understand what power steering service is, brake fluid service, or the fact that the A/C Filter is different from Cabin Filter....LET ALONE REQUEST IT PROACTIVELY. I hope in the end you are really proud of taking advantage of my wife and then putting it on her that she requested these services.
WENT IN TO PURCHASE A CAR SALESMAN SAM ALBASHITI WAS THE SALESMAN THAT TRY HELPING, WAS VERY HELPFUL AND VERY POLITE, I WILL GO AGAIN IN THE FUTURE WHEN... MY FINANCE CHANGE AND WOULD LIKE FOR SAM ALBASHITI TO BE THE SALESMAN TO HELP ME AGAIN, DIDN'T QUALIFY.
Associate Sam Albashiti was EXCELLENT with us! We walked in looking for anything of any year that was reliable enough to take our kids to school and to... dctors appointment and he made it happened with the help of his colleagues to somehow allow us to walk out with a 2017! He has a desire to help people like us to put families I in a vehicle that would never let us down, and we are forever greatful for his hard work! Thank you Tampa Honda and Sam for giving us an opportunity!!!! We love our new car and are forever greatful!
My daughter is away at college and was stuck on a Sunday afternoon when her starter went out. We had it towed to a dealer with good reviews. However,... they charged me $100 -$150 more than the repair pal estimate. I guess that is why they aren't Repair Pal certified.
