  • Service Adviser did not know what car was mine!

I took my Q3 in for repairs and I had to call my service adviser for updates. When he did not have an update he would then call me back and tell me he

    ...

had info on my Audi A3! This happened numerous times throughout the week...He then went on to mention my options for repair... If he can not remember what model I have, then he should not be telling me my repair options. What a joke! this is by far the dumbest Audi dealership I have ever gone too. They do not know how to repair the vehicles they are selling and the service is a complete joke. Calling to check on the status of your car is unacceptable especially when it has spent weeks in the shop.

  • Go See Adam, He's one of the best Salesmen ever!

This is one of the best dealerships I have ever been to. The staff is friendly and knowledgable, especially Adam Ricker. I have met with Adam multiple

    ...

times before deciding to buy a car. He's the perfect sales person and doesn't rush you into make a purchasing decision. He provided quite a few options to choose from and was very knowledgeable of the product. Overall because of the relationship I built with Adam, I will continue to come to Audi Northlake of all my service and future purchases.

  • Love my new A4

Have been searching for a good value used A4 for awhile. Found a car at Audi Northlake and dealt with Richard Reynolds. He was not pushy, very infor

    ...

mative, and very responsive. After taking delivery of my car, I had a slight problem. He / Audi Northlake took care of the issue promptly and supplied a service loaner. I would say that this experience has been very positive despite the problem and I would recommend Richard at Audi Northlake to anyone. - June

  • Service

Worst service and repair experience I have ever seen at a dealership. My daughter dropped her car off on a Thursday for repairs. She was promised the

    ...

car would be finished before the end of the day. She had to call them to find out that they were not done with the car and it had to stay until the next day. Because she was inconvenienced she asked for a loaner and was told none were available. No one called her the next day to update her on the status of her car and she had to call them again. After she got her car back we found that it was something wrong with the car and it did not drive like it did before it was serviced. Therefore she had to take the car back to the service dealership for them to fix what they had done wrong. Again inconvenienced she had to leave her car overnight again with no loaner car available. Now I understand why I rarely take our cars to the dealers for service . Most of the time they over price for their work and the service is not great. I would expect better service from a dealership. Is there no customer satisfaction?

  • I would never buy here again

I purchased a "certified" pre-owned Q5. Assuming the check list they provided had actually been completed, I signed on the dotted line late in the eve

    ...

ning. The very next am, so many things were obviously wrong with the car but a month later my salesperson Nick Gilman still won't return a message. Chad Lamprey in Mgmt informed me he was glad to be made aware of my experience so he could prevent it from happening to others. WHAT??? He attempted to be dismissive however by pushing I was able to get him to agree to look at the list of items which were wrong. The dealership has had my car for 5 days thus far and I am told by Phil in Service (who has perfected the statement "I don't know, I'm just the service tech") the only thing they hv corrected is the ashtray lid which wouldn't open to accommodate a phone charger. Maintenance warning came on the 1st day I had the car. Wouldn't you think a "certified" auto would hv up to date maintenance?? Phil says "we just forgot to reset the warning". OK, so the same tech who checked on the certified list that floor mats were in good condition and fit to original pegs (non-existent mats in car) and all interior compartments function normally (ashtray wouldn't open) and interior clean (huge palm sized grease spots all over head liner-not visible in the dark but def visible next am, 1st day I had the displeasure of exploring my purchase) is the same tech I'm supposed to trust has also services the car?? Bottom line is you'll have a better experience at a shady buy here/pay here used car lot. I cannot imagine these people will be around for long. Drive to another dealer, save yourself the frustration & disappointment.

  • Purchase an Audi from the other dealership

Recently purchased an A3 for my wife . During paperwork signing the finance manager incorrectly did the paperwork twice. Then over five weeks on thr

    ...

ee separate occasions I was asked to return to the dealership to sign areas of the contract that the finance manager incorrectly filled out. The finance manager also did not use the loan I had set up before coming to the dealership but instead applied for a new loan with the same bank. Over the five weeks they had to send me an additional 30 day tag as well as pay the first month payment which they then billed me for as the bank loan had not been set up properly nor in time before my first payment. The dealership has made no effort to provide any sufficient apology or action to correct the situation or my experience. I will never purchase another vehicle from them and will be sure to tell as many people about my experience. Through-out this experience my salesman was amazing though. Management relied on him to communicate with me as they did not reach out to me personally despite repeated attempts on the phone and at the dealership in person.
