Just drove an hour to find out they're closed because of yesterday's rain forecast. It's not posted anywhere that they are going to be closed due to the... weather. I was going to for sure buy a truck today and there has been 3 other couples show up while I've been here to purchase as well.
One of the worst experiences with a dealership that we've ever had. Took them almost three weeks to pay off our other loan so we had two loans going for... almost a whole month, on top of that we were told they would fix a small problem with the car and after two months of bugging them we gave up and we still didn't have the problem fixed.
This was the best car buying experience I have ever had! I typically don't write reviews, but I had to after the great service I had from Campbell Auto... Sales. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from them. When I arrived they remembered me and I was greeted like an old friend. The Sales Rep was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I was able to get my dream car with an awesome warranty for less than other dealers purchase price. Campbell Auto Sales truly cares about their customers and they want to make sure they sell quality cars. When I look to buy another car in the future, I will go to Campbell Auto Sales.

My daughter needed a reliable car and she ran across Campbell Auto Sales online. I drove out to look at it because she is away At college, the customer... service was second to none and the process was just quick and painless. Easiest purchase of a car I have ever made, I searched the car online and emailed that I was interested, they sat up financing and made a deal, I found... a better deal with a bank, and they worked with with the bank and had all the paperwork ready when we arrived. They had the car ready for a test drive. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, they are also helpful with help getting the car registered, (which is another story)
My husband and I drove from out of town on a holiday to check out a used car at Campbell's. Roger opened the dealership for us and was patient as we took... our time looking over the car. He was low pressure and honest when discussing our options and was overall very knowledgeable. We ended up buying the car and were out the door in 20 minutes. A great experience and we were very appreciative that the people at Campbell's could help us out on a holiday. Thanks!!
Made arrangements with salesman who was very nice had all arangements in order so I thought, I talked to salesman for three days straight being a man of... my word I told him I would be there Saturday morning he told me the amount that I needed to make the cashiers check for the salesman had already had contact from my bank for verification I was literally sitting in my bank picking up check and willing to purchase truck site unseen three hours away because thats the kinda person I am I trust people I received a phone call stated the general manger is in the process of selling my truck to someone else and that he was sorry all I have to say is things like this are why it is so hard to trust anyone and a mans good word is useless.
At Campbell Auto Sales, we pride ourselves in being honest and fair with everyone. We hope everyone walks away from our dealership a happy customer; ...however, that is difficult to achieve when you have several people interested in the exact same vehicle. In that instance, it is unfortunate that someone is going to walk away a little disappointed. A man from Missouri had been in contact with one of our salesmen in regards to a diesel truck we had for sale. He informed our salesman that he would like to purchase the truck and trade his vehicle into our dealership. He made it clear that he would be taking care of his own financing; however, he did ask to have a copy of the title faxed to his bank. The salesman honored his request, but never received any confirmation from the bank on the customer's behalf. Our salesman let his customer know that there had been a lot of interest in the truck. He told the man that he could secure the truck with a deposit of $500, but his customer chose not to do so. Per our store policy, upon receipt of an agreeable deposit, the vehicle would have been marked as sold for a specified amount of time, allowing the customer to get his finances in order. In the meantime, a serious buyer came into our dealership with cash down to secure the purchase of the truck that the man from Missouri was hoping to purchase. Our salesman called his customer as soon as he was made aware that it had been marked as sold. He anticipated a very disappointed customer, but our salesman was shocked by the man's reaction. The man was understandably upset, but he proceeded to cuss and threaten our salesman that he was thinking about going ahead and 'driving the three hours here to whip ....' Our salesman remained calm and apologetic with the man and even promised to call him as soon as we received another truck meeting his specifications. Upon hanging up the phone, our salesman informed us that he had never been cussed so badly and had bodily harm threatened to him over the sale of a vehicle. Although we all felt badly for the man's disappointment, it could have been prevented if he had secured the purchase with a deposit, as our salesman recommended he do. We receive hundreds of phone calls and e-mails each week from customers all over the U.S. and it is unreasonable to be expected to hold vehicles for each customer who tells us that they are going to buy.
The inside of the dealership was absolutely beautiful. The staff was friendly and professional when we first walked in. Our salesman was helpful and accommodating.... My husband and I both have middle of the road credit and they were able to get me in the SUV I wanted with a lower payment than I expected to pay. The warranty seemed like a great deal with a $0 deductible with bumper to bumper coverage. Nice cars, nice people and nice prices.
