having made initial inquiry on cars.com via email ... I had no response .. so made a telephone call a few days later ... they seemed genuine on that call... . .but the truck has already been sold some two weeks earlier .. all in all I'm sure they are a good dealer, but probably need to step it up for the online market .. be it keeping website current and responding to emails ..
They never answered my Email, that was as easy to asnwer as say "yes or not"
Got a fairly quick response to my email request. I asked a question of the rep, who could not answer it. He said the sales manager would call me back shortly.... The call never came.
