I have submitted gap ins cancellation on 8/13/19; today is 11/6/19. Their policy states refund is to be issued within 10 weeks; I still don't have my check.... nobody at the dealer is returning my calls. They are quick to sell you the car but as soon as you sign documents they absolutely don't care about you. I have bought a lot of cars over the years but this dealer by far is the worst! The finance manager Mr. Brown is absolutely incompetent; not only he let us walk out of the dealer with incomplete paperwork; he just sent it to us for signature a week later, he also didn't know what paperwork needed to be submitted for cancellation. I am a customer and incompetent employees are not my problem!

Worse service ever. In short they sold me a 2 service plan and only allowed me 8 months to get the 2 services. Whatever you do I would not recommend buying... a car from Audi of South orlando and if you made that mistake I definitely wouldn't get my service there. If they treat a customer that purchased there most expensive car like crap, and use deception and lies to get your money, imagine what they will do to other car buyers of less expensive models.

Rude people. Most of the whole place seems same way. Incorrect info on the vehicle. Lied to about the vehicle. Lied to on the app process. And on... top of that they seem to have a problem processing simple dealer paperwork correctly.
