I conduct all business by email.

I conduct all business by email. I said so in my first email. The responding email was urging me to call them. I made an offer immediately with a couple of questions and offered to put money down. There was no response by email, except generic ones. In the twenty first century, I believe in having a paper trail of all proffers made in business. Basically, the car was sold before they even responded to me on a personal level by email.

This dealership is poorly and irresponsibly run.

This dealership is poorly and irresponsibly run. The service department is careless and spiteful. It is disgusting that this place is still in business and putting people in unsafe vehicles because repairs are not properly completed.

Robert was responsive, helpful and professional.

Robert was responsive, helpful and professional. He was ready to show us what we wanted along with other various options from the minute we walked in the door and was a pleasure to deal with! He was not pushy and extremely knowledgeable. We love our new car! Robert deserves a raise at the very least!!

Contacted them to start process of buying a vehicle out

Contacted them to start process of buying a vehicle out of state (I’m in Michigan) and was asked to place a deposit but I want going to unless I was sure that we would be making a deal and all of my concerns were addressed. Negotiated price and handling of funds for 3 days and was sure everything was fine so I placed deposit on said vehicle. 2 days later I was told I HAD to finance with them if I wanted it because “they dont make any kick-back” from me using my own personal bank to finance the vehicle. I expressed to them from day one I would be using my own bank to finance and would be able to send them a check for a down payment (15-20k) and was told this was fine. Wasted my time and missed out on working with other dealers who were fine with me using my own bank.
