Kia recall notice and service engine light on...Jenna the Service Mgr is knowledgeable, organized and treats you like a good family should. The services were taken care of ended up just minor adjustments at no charge. This dept. is run like clockwork!You see how well their team takes care of you. It is a reputable biz. Now our place to send everyone to service or buy a vehicle! Hats off for a wonderful experience Jenna & her service dept. team. I really like how they all work together to sell a vehicle. Whether it is the sales men, office staff, or financial officers, they all work together and don't mind staying late to help the customer. It ended up being late past closing and they got the car ready and were wiping it down while we were going through the loan procedure. Great job!

We received a letter asking us to consider a need for used Kia Sorrento. We were not shopping for a new car at the time but decided to call our favorite sales staff who ended up getting a good deal so we traded in our 2016 model for a new 2018 Kia Sorrento. Service from all involved was fantastic and helped us decide to purchase.

This is my second Kia. My 2009 Borrego was problem free for eight years. At first the service was sort of slow, but after that it improved. Bill Barth Kia staff was friendly, and our salesman, Duane Schwab, always went out of his way to be of help. Now I have a Kia Sportage, and am still learning the techie stuff that is new, but it gets good mileage and is a pleasure to drive. ..and I loved the COOKIES. thanks.
