They couldn’t or wouldn’t fix a problem with the power...

They couldn’t or wouldn’t fix a problem with the power outlet in my Ram 1500. I told them the problem and was told they would get back to me. That was 3 weeks ago and I still have heard nothing. It’s a warranty issue so I’m sure they’d rather work on things that bring in money. After buying 4 vehicles from them I thought they’d treat me with at least a little respect.

Awesome experience when purchasing my jeep. The service department is usually pretty good. I’m definitely satisfied with my jeep purchase.

I would give them zero stars if I could. We made an appointment to have our Jeep looked at on Friday. We heard nothing that day. We called them the next day only to learn that they had not even looked at our Jeep yet. Once they did, they found quite a bit wrong that would be covered under our extended warranty. But, it was now Saturday (because they didn't look at it at our appointment on Friday) so they couldn't get approval from the warrant company until Monday. We had to go the entire weekend without a car and then on Monday, they could not get a rental car for us (covered under our warranty) until late afternoon. I expect better customer service than this. This will be our first and last car from Victory.

Had a vehicle that needed warranty work. Contacted Winston who helped me get going in the right direction. Blake in the service department kept me very well informed and updated throughout the warranty process. While waiting on the repairs to be completed decided to purchase a new Gladiator. Worked with David and he was able to square me away. Excellent service from all 3 people. Definitely recommend then if you need service on your vehicle or looking to purchase.

We just bought a Pacifica from Victory Chrysler. After some negotiation we finally agreed on a good price for the van and for our trade. Collin Garvin did everything he could to make the experience as smooth as possible given the circumstances. I’ll be back when it’s time to trade my Ram for a newer model.

Service and recall work

Oil change tire rotation and recall replacement took 3 hours plus all four of my tires psi are only 28 or 29 psi how can you do a proper balancing with low air pressure in the tires the paperwork says tires were checked not a satisfied customer 😑

Why I bought from Victory Chrysler - Dodge - Jeep

My wife Lori and I recently bought a Jeep Wrangler through Victory Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep. We worked through the Internet Sales Manager, Todd Shaw and then one of the salesman, Randy Hughes. We had top notch service. I highly recommend this dealership. They made two excellent hires in Todd and Randy. They are both customer service driven and on their game. I appreciate their humility and their ability just to be authentic human beings. I know that this industry has been greatly effected by COVID-19 but our transaction went well and their follow-up was excellent. I look forward to referring friends and family to these two and knowing that they will be treated well and that they will get a vehicle at a fair price. My hats off to Randy and Todd, you guys were great to work with. Thanks!
