    Omar(salesman) is extremely professional and made the buying process painless and actually enjoyable. Baron(Used car Mgr) was fair and even followed up after the sale to make certain all was ok! Highly recommend Capital Ford- great dealership!

    We were apprehensive after reading some of the reviews here but A.J. Franks and Cathy Hill were so helpful in answering our questions, taking photos, and following up on our requests so we decided to make the 900 mile trip each way and the car was everything they promised. It looks new and A.J. went beyond what you could ever expect. He was wonderful, kind, polite, patient and setting up services such as codes, Bluetooth, and explaining many things about the vehicle’s operation. We left a thrilled customer counting our blessings on the way home. The dealership personnel were polite and helpful and we were treated with great courtesies. We can’t say enough good about our experience. Bless you A.J.!

    Worst place ever that I've been to set appointment for two days to test drive a Mustang when I got there had to wait 30 minutes and find out the most is not ready to be test drive because it was a show car and then we have to move all the other car just to get to it they lost a customer for life

    The experience I had with this dealership was not acceptable. I went in to test drive a car, and I sat waiting to test drive the car, while all along the salesmen were trying to get me approved for the car. I didn't get to test drive the car until the salesman had nearly sold me the car. In the future, if you guys are going to have good customer service ratings, please make sure your salesmen are not so aggressive. I literally just came in to test drive a car. The salesmen just wanted a sale.

    I could not ask for better treatment or service. When you have three people Rob, Andrew and Alan taking care of you, how could you ask for for better service.The service was out of this world, 25 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation.For a short time I was King for a day.     Matt White, Ms. Erin and Michael (Moose) were very helpful in me choosing my Mustang GT. The process was smooth and quick. I walked in around 7pm and was driving out in a new car by 9pm. Matt has been very helpful/available as well as Erin and Mike to answer any questions I've had since buying my new car. I would definitely recommend you see these guys when looking for a Ford!
