I was looking for a new car after getting ripped off from another dealer. I noticed NJ Auto and Trucks and there great reviews so I decided to give them... a try. Piero and his wife Marcelle helped me look at all there cars that were in my price range. I loved a 2000 Mazda Millennium that had a sub woofer and drove like it was new. It was a bit out of my price range and Piero saw that I really liked it so he gave me a great deal. I have had the car for a month and it is an excellent car. Thanks NJ Auto and Trucks.
Thanks Bobby for the review. That is a great car. I used it to do my errands and loved the acceleration and tight steering. I knew it was well taken c...are of and that it would make a very nice car for someone. Very good experience with piero would buy here again
The loan process went very smoothly and you were a pleasure to work with. Enjoy your new car. Thanks Piero
I have bought a few cars and trucks from Piero. All have been great deals and ALL have been reliable. I feel so good about my experiences with Piero that... I have turned my friends on to him. It is a good feeling when my friends come up to me and tell me how happy they are with there cars. Its great to have Piero in my corner.
Thanks John for the business. Repeat customers are a great source of satisfaction for us. We are humbled knowing that you trust us for your car and tr...uck needs. Thanks Piero
I was in search for a "new" used car and had a rather limited budget. I visited NJ Auto & Trucks with my parents and we found that they had quite a few... vehicles that I was able to afford. It was actually the first dealer we were able to find that had vehicles I liked that were within my price range. Piero, his wife (forgot her name, sorry!), and Winston (an incredibly friendly Maltipoo) were welcoming and friendly. I ended up purchasing a 2004 Volkswagen Jetta and am very happy with it thus far. Used car dealerships have a poor stereotype of being shady businesses just trying to make easy money, but that was not so at this lot. All of our questions about the car such as maintenance, its history, and any problems it might've had were answered truthfully, nothing was hidden from us. As a college student who does a lot of commuting, I needed a reliable car that gets good mileage and is fun to drive, and this car is exactly what I was looking for. I was given an excellent deal on it and the purchasing process was done and I was driving off the lot in no time. I highly recommend NJ Auto & Trucks to anyone looking to get a great deal on a great used car.
It was great meeting you and your family. We are glad we were able to help you find a vehicle that matched your style and price point. We work very ha...rd in finding quality used cars and trucks. You were a pleasure to work with and Winston says woof woof.
I was driving a 2005 Chevy Malibu that was at the end of its life at over 230k miles. I’m looking to move in a few months and wanted to find a reliable... form of transportation before the move. I’ve always liked the Honda brand for its performance and reliability. I was working with a limited budget, so I was focused primarily on used cars. The fact of the matter is, when looking for a used car, you’re taking a risk. There are a lot of dishonest car dealers out there looking to make a quick buck, especially with someone who is car shopping for their very first time like I was. In most cases, when a deal looks too good to be true, it usually is. I saw my fair share of great deals on Honda Civics. But every time, upon further research, I would find major red flags that would steer me away. After about 3 months of looking, I saw another one of those deals that looked too good to be true – A 2007 Honda Civic with great mileage, a clean CarFax report, and a sticker price within my pre-established budget. I had to check it out. I arrived and was greeted warmly by a very friendly puppy. I was able to test drive and look at the car without pressure, and although I wasn’t able to take the car to my mechanic (It was a little too far away from where I live), I was able to take it to a local mechanic who checked it out. Other than needing new tires, the car checked out great. Although I didn’t end up purchasing the car that day (I needed time to think about the offer and discuss it with a few people), I came back a few days later and ended up purchasing the car. It’s only been about 2 weeks, but the car has been a godsend. I never expected to find such a great deal, especially for a car with the reputation and reliability. And not needing to worry about car payments every month – it’s just wonderful. Unless you dislike great deals, friendly service, or very friendly puppy dogs, if you see a car here that peaks your interest, I strongly advise you stop by and give it a look.
Thanks Matt for the review. It is quite a challenge trying to find the right used vehicle. I am just as apprehensive as you when it comes to finding t...he right cars and trucks to put on our lot. We search all over the tri-state area seeking well maintained quality vehicles. It was a pleasure working with you and good luck in all your future endeavors. Winston wants me to say thanks for all the attention you gave him.
I am a first time car buyer. and I checked dealers near by but no one compares to NJ Auto & Trucks. They got me into my first car a 2003 Mitsubishi Lancer... with ease. Trust me when I tell you this they're worth taking a look at for a quality used car.
Hi Angelo Thanks for the comments about your experience at NJ Autos & Trucks. You are an impressive young man with a great future. Have fun in your n...ew car.
My name is Joshua Velez, and after weeks of car shopping, from dealership to dealership I happened to stumble across New Jersey Automobiles and Trucks... located at 631 Rt 15 s lake Hopactcong Nj and met Piero. This man was a godsend. I currently have a zero credit rating due to never having a credit card. Not only did he tell me this was no problem he made me the best deal on the car i had my eye on. He sold me a beautiful 2004 Hyundai Tiburon 5speed 2.3 L v6 gt. I dont wanna give exact numbers but lets just say Piero sold me the car for a considerable amount less than the sticker price. If you are in the market for a new vehicle and have spotty credit report i highly suggest you stop in and see my new friend Piero, at New Jersey Automobiles and Trucks which is again located at 631 Rt15s lake Hopatcong Nj .
Hi Joshua Thanks for the kind remarks. Life can be challenging at times and in those times our attitude determines our altitude. We are very competit...ive in our pricing and quality of cars and trucks and try very hard to give everyone "a great bang for there buck". Congratulations on your engagement and come see us when your in the market for a Mini-Van when your family starts to grow. Thanks Piero
This was a very nice place the facilities were very clean and nice and the family who owns this place are all very kind and very helpful during the who... expierence, wheather it was to test drive it or when purchasing the vehicle.
Thanks so much Bri it was our pleasure to work with you and your family
Purchased a used Jeep for my daughter, left lot and then the problems started.... Should of went with my gut and had my local mechanic check this out and... would not have signed "Wavier of Dealer Obligations". We owned this Jeep for two weeks and during this time span, car window cracked when rolling up window (day 1) and had to be fully replaced, Car door handle feel off in back seat was attached w a wire, plugs were put in place of the four tire sensors forcing ABS system to act up and shut off engine, AC broke, list goes on and on costing us a lot more than what we paid for the car. Was hoping to hear come back, bring the car in to discuss and was basically told "nothing I can do". Sold as is basically. My advice, go with a dealer that supplies a warranty and have your personal mechanic do a full look over. We are very sorry we didn't!
Here at New Jersey Automobiles and Trucks we take great pride in our reviews on Cars.com. Lisa, your daughter and her girlfriend came into our dealers...hip looking for a car. She wanted to take out our 2005 Grand Jeep Cherokee for a test drive. I accompanied her on the drive and had to ask her several times to please slow down after she sped out of our lot. Arriving back, she called you and said she liked it and wanted the car. I met you later on that afternoon and you yourself seemed to be quite impressed with our Jeep. You mentioned how you have been shopping for this particular year and model and that it was a very good deal compared to other jeeps that you have seen. Your only concern was some surface rust that had developed by the passenger door which we brought to our auto body shop and had it repaired at your request. When you and your husband decided you wanted the car you spoke with my husband and we negotiated a price of $8500.00.Then as we finalized the closing procedure the next day you said it was $8300.00 and then I said the price of $8500.00 was the amount that we agreed on and then you said oh yes I do remember. This Jeep was in beautiful condition, I drove it myself several times and the AC, window and everything else you are suggesting went wrong, was working perfectly before you drove it off the lot. If a driver's side power window goes up and down with no cracks and functions properly during the time we drove it and also at the time you test drove the Jeep and the AC worked ice cold at the time of us and you driving the vehicle then it was sold functioning properly. We have no idea or were aware of ANY of these issues you are suggesting went wrong this Jeep!! Your Quote in the review "list goes on and on costing us a lot more than what we paid for the car" It seems impossible that there were over $8500.00 worth of repairs to that jeep . We do let customers have vehicles checked by a mechanic, but you never asked us if you could. You refused the warranty we offered, which we offer everyone. We decide to sell our warranties wholesale so that people won't be discouraged with an additional fee that most dealers make money on. We would rather our customers have peace of mind without having to shell out more money than they have to on a warranty. We truly tried our best, as we do with all who walk through our door looking for a car.
My car was purchased following a hit and run that totaled a car that I loved dearly. What I anticipated to be a difficult and stressful process was, in... fact, a professional, pleasant and stress-free experience working with this dealership. The customer service was above and beyond and was delivered with warm professionalism. I would absolutely recommend NJ Automobiles and Trucks to anyone looking for a previously owned car, and I would not hesitate to return for another purchase.
Hi White Blazer It was our pleasure working with you. We try to work with everyone to make the transition into a new car as smooth as possible. In you...r case we needed to be patient with the insurance company and pick a day where it wasn't snowing or below zero temperature. I got a nice chuckle about the Very Loud Alarm..It sure is loud!! Thanks
