This is my third Sonata. David Beaton worked with me on my trade-in and lease. He was very friendly and extremely professional and answered my questions... regarding the lease. I also spoke with Frank Simeone, one of the managers, who answered any questions I had. Also very friendly and professional. Last but not least, Sal Cuomo. Worked with him and came away very satisfied. Great people to work with.

I went to Lester Glenn Buick/GMC to look for a full size SUV. I dealt with Paul and he was very knowledgeable about the used vehicles on the lot. I also... dealt with the manager Craig who was very pleasant and really helped me with my needs and got me into the perfect SUV. I did the financing with Jerry and he was not pushy at all and gave me loads of options to consider and he really seemed like he cared. All I can say is thank you to all three reps of a caring company. I definitely received the experience I was hoping for.
We purchased a 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe (our 2nd) in August 2019. We have had nothing but good experiences at this car dealership. This is our 5th Hyundai,... between us and our children. We have dealt with Karen Morrisey, and can't say enough good things about her. She ALWAYS has customers with her, even when other salespeople are free - so obviously we are not the only ones who have been very happy dealing with her. The manager that we dealt with was also very good; I believe his name was Frank(?). We still have our 2011 Santa Fe (with 170,000 miles) and my daughter still has her 2013 Elantra. The other two cars were leases procured by my son. During our shopping we looked at several other brands, but ultimately missed dealing with Karen and also found that for what we wanted to spend, the Hyundai value and warranty couldn't be beat; So back we went. Very happy with the car so far. I do not remember the name of the finance person but he too, was wonderful to deal with in the fact that he explained everything in detail and did not pressure us for additional purchases.
Art and Frank were excellent to work with, no drama or sleazy sales tactics. Very respectful throughout the process and Art knew the Tucson inside and... out and made it very easy to make the decision on which car was right for us. We will definitely come back to Lester Glenn.

We just purchased our 4th Hyundai with Augie Vivenzio because he is truly the best! I worked at car dealerships for many years and always felt the tension... between clients and salespeople as I answered the phones and never wanted to go through that kind of experience. Augie makes car buying so easy and fun! He made me feel so comfortable and always asked me if I needed anything. I'm always a nervous wreck when it comes to test-driving a new car, but Augie made it nice and easy! He was nice and calm which made me feel comfortable driving on the road. I can't thank him enough! This is the 5th car we have purchased at Lester Glen and the 3rd car from Heather McCrum. I love her honesty and how easy it is to deal with her. She has... never been pushy or overbearing. After purchasing the car, she is always available to answer any questions that pop up after you have driven it for awhile.
